I bought these after reading a few reviews to give me that boost for my workouts. I took them over the weekend to get into my system working on the house. I had energy all day but not that jittery feeling that I hate getting. I worked out this week with more drive and energy when I got home. Noticing a much better pump. I really like this version of L-Arginine. I take it 30 minutes before working out and you can tell a difference when you do. The extra NO it releases does cross over the hormone barrier and release the N-HGH or Natural Human Growth Hormone you produce in your body at the pituitary gland. Hi, This is my 2nd bottle and I normally do exercise 3 times/wk (I am 45), the purpose of buying L-arginine was to have a better workout performance, but even when the dosage is 2 pills/day, I was cautious and just take 1/day then after 3 days I start feeling the results because even when it was not the purpose I was ready for sex anytime. It is working good for me.
