Received these pillows today. One seam was split, and sewed it up no problem. That was my reason for 4 stars. This was my first time buying "inserts" and wasn't sure if they were covers that you stuffed, or actual pillows needing covers. I purchased 12×20 covers, and bought 12×20 pillows. This combination worked perfectly. Both price and quality were good, and will buy more to complete my bedroom. I recommend these pillow inserts.
I bought the pillow because I had an extra pillow cover that I needed to use. The cover fits the pillow perfectly. Pillow is stuffed with a good amount of stuffing. Feels and looks expensive. Very pleased with this purchase.

This pillow fit my 12x20 pillow perfectly! Arrived in perfect condition, no damage at all like some of the other reviews. Also, unlike some of the other reviews, this pillow IS 12x20. I am very pleased with this stuffer pillow.

I had wondered if this was going to work for me and it does... last night was the first night and slept with my head supported the softness was good and I have to say I will get another one for future use. It is a great pillow to sleep on and I know that some will use for other purposes but for me its the sleep.
