My husband takes these for "leaky gut." He used to get choked on his food a lot because it would get stuck in his esophagus. He has been taking this for months and now he almost never gets choked on food. And this is the only thing he has changed/added to his daily regime.
So I hit the gym often and cross train different things like martial arts, weightlifting and body weight training. So it’s hard for me to maintain muscle. I take 2 immediately after workouts religiously and noticed after about the 2nd or 3rd day of taking them even after some cardio and conditioning my muscles didn’t look or feel flat as they would normally do afterwards.
After about 2 weeks of taking them I noticed that even if I forget to take them for a few days I still maintain muscle and definition which was a nice surprise!! So my test was to stop taking them after the bottle ran out and to continue my same workout routine to see if the pills had really worked.

I take 2 pills prior to my workout and 2 more immediately after lunch. I feel like this product really help my workout and more importantly it takes the sweets craving away.
