Does an excellent job whitening. Gave 4 stars because I feel that the strips are too short. I wish they extended a bit further towards the molars. The strips also cause minor discomfort on the gums and tastes pretty bad but not so bad to keep from using them. I attached a photo of 'before' and after only 5 treatments. There are 14 treatments in the box.
I liked it, it was a little strong on my gums, but got the job done. I am a Dental Hygienist, and I prefer the crest to in office whitening. I think it's gentler and just as effective,
I use these once per year for two weeks (don’t skip a single day) along with a regular whitening toothpaste when I brush twice per day. Ever since I began using them, I get compliments about how white my teeth are. Every six months at my cleanings, my dentists (I’ve had 3 in 3 years due to military moves) and without fail they have each commented on how white my teeth are. Never had a professional whitening procedure done in my life. So they DO work. I’m a non-smoker and seldom drink dark teas/coffees.
Who doesn't love a nice white smile, and over the years I usually do this every other year, I normally read reviews before buying something, but this one I thought would be ok, I'm also terrible at reading instructions, so it was understandable that I would get a very sensitive reaction when I tried to do two in one day, I'm back to one a day for 7days, more than enough for a healthy white smile in Summer.
They lost a star because, YES, what were they thinking cutting the bottom strip so small, so annoying, it just doesn't cover all my visible bottom teeth.
Maybe next time I will pay more attention to reviews.
I smoked for 7 years and I drink coffee and used to drink a lot of red wine. I have used crest white strips for something close to a decade. For a while I will use them once a week and then for one reason or another I'll fall off my self care and forget to do them or run out and not be able to afford more. However I ALWAYS end up coming back to these. I have had my teeth professionally whitened at the dentist and that was extremely expensive and the sensitivity I experience afterward was not even worth it. My teeth were definitely very white but as I just said the pain and sensitivity made it not worth it. I use these once a week every week and I absolutely see a difference in the shade of my enamel and I have zero sensitivity.

Easy enough to use, and a noticeable difference in color when you compare before and after pics, but I didn't notice as much without the pics. Definitely take before and after pics, otherwise the changes may be too subtle to notice. Would use again, although not yet sure if this works better with the light or if the strips by themselves produce the same results.
Great product! I was skeptical at first because any OTC teeth whitening product I’ve ever used never worked for me. Only professional dental bleaching has. I got a free teeth mold where you put the bleach gel in with my dentist, with the purchase of some dental work. And the other one, I did 3 dental visits while I was Peru to have some bleaching done (it came out to less $100). But I could never afford the regular price of a dental bleaching here in the states.
So I tried it and saw a difference after the 5th treatment. I did like that you can use it everyday until you’re done with all 14 treatments. That way you can see results a lot quicker. I did use a blue LED light I had from another whitening treatment that didn’t work for me. I saw they sell these same whitestrips that does include an LED light by the way. I’m sooo happy with the results that now I smile with so much confidence. With the $5 off coupon on here. I got it for less than $30. Definitely more affordable than dental bleaching. I’ll be repurchasing this regularly now (every 6 months like it says) to always have a nice, white smile.
This kit has served as my introduction to using whitening strips and it has worked wonders for me. My teeth are now a shade or two whiter thanks to this. As this kit has only 10 pairs of strips, I used the first one with the recommended instructions, then realized that the crowns of my teeth are quite sensitive to it so I snipped all the 9 remaining pairs of strips into two and applied them to the outer surface of my teeth so as to avoid the sensitive areas, giving me 18 pairs of strips to use. After using them with the light, they have successfully lightened my smile and I'm quite satisfied.
I am almost done with my 14 day treatment. I may buy another box to continue to see results. I am an avid coffee drinker, my teeth weren’t pure yellow but they weren’t what I wanted them to be. Between using these I also used the 3D whitening toothpaste of the same brand and if I did have coffee I brushed after or rinsed with water. It seems to be working. I tried the charcoal and didn’t get these types of results. I only gave it a 4 bc I wish the results were more prominent with the time I had to do this.
I used it once a day and after using six packets, I noticed that my teeth got whiter. After the six consecutive uses, my teeth got a bit sensitive, thereafter, I only used it every other day. Highly recommended!
