This strap pushes the shoulders back and straightens the back. Overall I am satisfied with the posture correction.
In the past, I have also used a bigger brace that had metal bars in it but I can safely say that this one not only does an almost equivalent job but is also very comfortable to wear (unlike bigger braces).
Lastly the velcro attachment surface is quite long so size should not be an issue. I am pretty thin and could still tighten the straps (there was still some empty space at the end).
I received this item yesterday and I can already tell it’s working! I have worn it a few times for short periods of time while I get used to it. The shoulder straps are padded and pretty comfortable. The part that goes under your arm pits is a little uncomfortable, but every brace I’ve tried is like this. I would recommend wearing a long sleeve shirt or something that protects your delicate underarm skin. This is one of the cheaper braces I’ve seen and one of the best quality as well. I would recommend this to any one looking to improve their posture!
I brought this for when my cleaning my house my back always started to hurt. I started using this just a few days ago and it helps me so much. My back stays straight and my posture is improving the more I wear it. It’s not hard to put on either- I just slid my arms through and tighten the straps. The fabric is really soft too!!!
This is the second posture corrector I've ordered and tried. This definitely works but just not that it seems to run a little bit small. I'm 5'8", 140 lbs and it fits me ok but it was a little irritating under my arms. I can wear it for a few hours though and definitely feel a difference. My husband is 5'10", 165 pounds and he likes it but he doesn't have a lot of room for it to go any looser. The only suggestion I would make is for the straps to be longer so it can fit a wider range of body types....otherwise it definitely will help you with retraining your muscles to have better posture! Good product!

I bumped this from a 2 star to a 4 star cause the company got back in touch with me after 2 weeks to let me know they updated their information on the listed sizing for the product and sent suggestion to the manufacturing department as well. I do appreciate businesses with good customer service as we all know things can get miss-labeled or still need more customer feedback from real sales instead of just a small market survey. They have updated the pics for this as well to show the change in suggested chest size from the original 28-45 to a 27-42, which from my original review is about where the sizing should be from how the one I had received fit on me. This company really does do very well in customer service, had a nice text chat while editing this review and would like to find other products of theirs in other areas I need. Just make sure your chest size is in the middle of the 27-42 range and you should enjoy this to help your posture.

I got this hoping to start working on my posture and back as I am a gamer and sit at my PC all night long. I'm also a restaurant worker and being that I am nearly always taking the phone orders I find I'm leaning and hunching over the work area I have to write the orders out. Now when I was getting this I tried like crazy to find sizes and go for the highest. Unfortunately there is only "One Size Fits All" for MOST of the ones I found here. I had hoped since you listed a 28-44 chest size and my chest size being 43 that your product would still fit me comfortably and correctly but it does NOT. This thing was tiny and tight and I BARELY was able to get it on. Once I did get it on it did nothing but pinch the hell out of my arms at the armpits, no way I could wear this for even 15 minutes a day to train my posture. Going to send this back and keep shopping and find one that fits me better. If you are close to the 28 chest size then you should have no issues with this, if you are above 40 chest size I suggest finding a larger size one even if it costs more cause otherwise I am sure you'll be in more pain from pinching than from straightening your back.
Have utilized this product for several days now and the results have been great. While it may be a little uncomfortable to wear at first, your body quickly adjusts and the benefits it provides are well worth it. I often have upper back/shoulder pain from being at a computer for long hours a day or having a restless night of sleep. This product straightens out the back with low effort and reduces common pain fairly quickly. It does fit under clothing such as a hoodie/sweatshirt without notice, quite nicely. However, If you are wearing a more form fitting t shirt or other tighter fitting clothing, you may have better luck just wearing the device on top of your clothing. At least that has been my experience so far. Since receiving the item, I have started out with the 20 minute increments of wearing it, as described in the directions. However, just days later I am at the point I can wear it for much longer without any irritation/annoyance. It really does seem to work as intended! This may make a great purchase for some other family members that often complain about similar back/shoulder pain and is great for anyone that knowingly needs to work on their overall posture.
