My doggo decided that an area behind my sofa was her private bathroom. I tried to remove the smell with other soaps, but alas, they failed. I still smelled the peepee. This little bottle did the trick. She is now blocked from entering her private throne and must pee outside like the commoners.
Great product to use with the hand held carpet cleaner and the Rug Doctor. I use it frequently, there is a mild scent that is gone when the cleaning fluid is used. The product works well will cleaning animal urine, dried mud, soil, dirt. It has taken stains out of carpets easily. I would definitely buy it again.
Works great but make sure you read how much to use on the instructions very carefully. I overfilled my cleaner with the solution and it has left a lot of soapy residue. I am going to rerun my cleaner with just water in it to rinse the carpet tonight and it should fix the problem. It did do a great job of removing the odor from pet urine.
Using this in the corresponding Bissell carpet cleaner routinely provides horrifying/satisfying results in my living room. I have two preschool boys, an elderly cat and several in-laws who visit regularly. Every time I clean the carpet (every two months or so), even if it looks clean before I start, the water comes back up looking like charcoal.
I’ve also noticed that thanks to the scotchguard, spills (usually coffee from the adults or berries dropped by kids) are easier to pick up.
This carpet shampoo smell so good and it eliminates the pet odor.

My dog is like a ninja and likes to pee on our living room carpet when we are not around.
Therefore, we don't catch it until it's been there awhile and starts to smell. I've tried about 5 different solutions in my Bissel cleaner and this is the only solution where I no longer smell the urine a day after I've cleaned the carpet. It's now the only thing I buy.
I had almost given up on our basement carpets. The dogs had all but destroyed it with general smelly dog smell and several accidents from our senior citizen. About 24 hours after using this the febreze smell is almost overwhelming, I was a little worried because it was actually giving me a headache, but once everything was fully dry the bad smell was gone and there was just a light febreze smell.
We have an older cat and dog things happen and this product removes the urine and the spot and the smell. We have tried other cleaners and this is the only one that works.
I have 4 dogs ranging from 35 lbs to 95 lbs accidents are bound to happen! I won't use anything else but this, when I use it they NEVER go back and pee in the spot again.. So if you have dogs you know exactly what i am talking about!
Works awesome! Sanitizes and deodorizes. I have an entire floor of carpet with 3 cats, a chihuahua and a 15 year old incontinent dog. This stuff is amazing and I couldn't live without it. It really does get that smell out when I use it with my Bissell carpet machine.
