I am a 35 year old woman and was originally taking just a basic MSM because my lower back locks up constantly. the basic MSM made me feel really good and I took a bottle of it well I ran out and forgot what the pain felt like so I just did not reorder and within a week my back and hips hurt me so bad. My husband, age 37, is a utility worker and he is on his feet and up and down all day 8-12 hours a day 5-7 days a week. His knees were giving him hell. He was almost in tears every day 24/7.
