Honey-Can-Do Tabletop Ironing Board with Retractable Iron Rest

This much larger than I anticipated, but that's perfect for my craft/sewing needs! The height is also enough for me to work with and I absolutely love the pull out iron rest! Although, the metal iron rest took some effort (not a lot) to pull out, but I'm hoping that with more constant use, it'll easily glide out. It seems to be well made. The blue cover is super soft and the foam seems to be well made. I'm overall very satisfied with this purchase!

And, to be very clear to other reviewers who were a bit confused and questioning if my customer photos is actually the product being sold here, I have this product: Honey-Can-Do BRD-01435 Collapsible Tabletop Ironing Board with Pull out Iron Rest. Check the product number to ensure you're comparing the right product with my costumer photos before complaining. Thank you.

I had previously purchased a table top ironing board elsewhere.
When I was attempting to set it up the black plastic tabs meant to hold the legs in place broke off, and the legs fell off on to my table.
This Honey Can Do board came out of the box, unpacked, turned over, legs swung down and snapped into place. It folds back down just as easy. The entire frame, including the legs, moving parts and clamps are sturdy metal, screwed into place with good screws. The board is thick particle board. Good particle board so these days is wonderful. The pad and cover work fine for me as I iron cotton material on high heat, but the pad is not thick. The board doesn't move at all because of good quality plastic feet. The iron holder doesn't budge with the iron on it. I do say the iron holder is a little difficult to pull out and slide back in, but I think there is a knack to it I need to work out. The board is not super small if that's what you need. It's a good size table top ironing board that could be used to iron shirts and other clothing pieces. It is small enough to go on top of my sewing desk. I love it and highly recommend it.

Super alternative to a full size ironing board for those of us who make infrequent acquaintance with an iron. I set it on a narrow table that allows the fabric to drape towards the floor. It’s stable and solid, and the iron holder works perfectly. Push in the wire iron rack, fold down the supports, and either stand up in a small space in a closet or lay down in a shelf. So much less of a project to set up or break down that maybe I’ll get to know my iron a bit better!

This is a great ironing board. I ordered it for my boyfriend for his birthday (per his request, I'm not that unromantic.) The main attraction for me was the size of this product.

We live in a really tiny apartment with no counter space and very little storage space. We ended up storing it in the gap between the refrigerator, but it's small enough to slide under a low bed. You get a lot for your money with this board. It's sturdy, well made, and pretty. We do our ironing on the floor and it is high enough to comfortably sit while you iron without worrying about burning yourself.

Overall, it's well worth the money. It's the perfect size, well made, and cheaper than its Walmart counterpart.

Love my collapsible tabletop ironing board. It's easy to set up and take down. I put it on top of my counter in the kitchen and just steam whatever I need to iron.

Would recommend it very highly. Also lightweight compared to a regular, clunky ironing board.

Description

Your best college girlfriend decided to stay in the city after graduation. She was always so put together, sporting crisp blouses with gold buttons marching down the center and pastel linen blazers that never looked mussed. Now she keeps living chic in her 500-square-foot apartment with just the essentials—laptop, side-zip booties, and this Tabletop Ironing Board with Retractable Iron Rest. It folds up and stores easily in her closet so she can use it to keep her collared shirts and editor pants in line. When she’s finished she slips on each piece and smiles because while space is at a premium, wrinkle-free style is not.

Bought this in June 2016 and I'm still using it. The fabric is starting to get a little discolored, but it doesn't bother me. I only use it five or six times a month, so I imagine if you were using it daily it would get discolored a lot faster. Easy to set up and take down, and it fits between my washer and the wall when I'm storing it.

I was browsing for a small ironing board because I don't do a lot of ironing, mostly only for girl scout badges. This is the perfect size! It stores away very easily. My issues with it: the fabric over it isn't as taught as I would expect. Also, the legs do fold up easily, but they sort of swing away easily when trying to store it as there is nothing to keep them from hinging outward. Also, the selling point for me was the iron rest. This one is very flimsy and while it does support the iron, it is extremely difficult to get it slide in and out like it's supposed to. Overall, this is actually pretty decent and fits my needs. If you iron on a daily basis, this might not be what you need.

Love this best thing I ever bought for the sewing room. So pleased! Packaged very well. Padding thin but I have a quilted pad over it.

This is a small compact ironing board that I can store easily. I like the fact that it is a decent size so that I can iron comfortably but is also small enough to store away without too much hassle. The part that I do not like about this ironing board is that it is not very stable. It king or wobbles a little bit while i iron. I also do not like how it slides around on the table top when I want to iron. It needs better grips on the legs that can hold onto hard surfaces. Other than that it's an ironing board and gets the job done.

This product is well made and and seems capable of serving all my needs - size wise, convenience for storing, having the handy iron rest - I do not need to do a lot of ironing, but now I can finally get rid of my old bulky full size ironing board that has been taking ups storage space and often moved from place to place until I had a need for it. I recommended my daughter look into getting one just like it for herself.
