Breastfeeding my 4th child and these have been a must have for each one! Most comfortable. Show less under clothing than all others I've tried. The biggest thing was we did a test and poured water onto these and the Gerber and Avent and these held WAY more plus they absorbed the water faster.
I used these pads while nursing for two kids. They are very soft and comfortable while also being absorbent. I never had a leak while wearing them except when they slipped out of place, especially when wearing sleeping nurse bras. They are contoured so they conform to the shape of the breast and are not visible to others. I highly recommend this product!
These have helped a lot with containing my leaks! The only thing is that they get itchy sometimes and they move around and get bunched up when you pull out the breast to nurse, but they are pretty absorbent and I’ve needed that for sure.
Even though these can get a little itchy if you wear them too long, they are still the best nipple pads I’ve used. I’m a heavy leaker (seriously, I’ve soaked right through a pad, bra, shirt and sweatshirt!) and nothing keeps me dry like these do. Perfect for overnight.

These were given to my daughter who recently delivered my preemie grand-daughter. She claims they work well without leakage. Comfortable to wear against skin with discrete impression on clothing. Would buy again. Highly recommend.
These work well, but I wish they held more. I still wake up in a breast milk puddle some nights! They are completely obvious under a shirt as well.
In general, it is good quality, and the pads are very absorbance. I took one star off because sometimes it makes my skin itchy.
These are the best nursing pads! I tried a lot of different ones and these are my favorite. They don't soak through to my bra. They are also thin enough so that they are comfortable and they don't show through my thinner nursing bras.
