I have tried a lot of incontinence pads. These pads are the best I have found for my elderly mother, as well as, for my disabled husband. They are wider at the top and longer than other pads. The only improvement I could suggest is for them to be a little thicker. However, they are still better than any others I have tried.

I ordered these for my Mother. She is 86 years old, is bedridden & almost blind. She is incontinent & because of her scoliosis, she is not able to get up & go to the bathroom. I liked the convenience of them being delivered. My second delivery was 3 cases. My mom won’t use that many in a 6 month period. Now I have them sitting in my entry way because I have no where to store them. Since they changed the Poise Pads, they ruined them. They aren’t more absorbent. They end up making my life as a caregiver more difficult. I change beds and do more Laundry because of them. You make my mom feel badly. She has Parkinson’s and can’t get to the bathroom. I have puddles on my floor because the urine runs off. Not fair. I miss my old Overnights.

We put these pads in the Depends for my 99 yr old mother. We finally figured out the best way to use them while she sleeps at night is to change the pad every 5-7 hours and it will not leak out of her depends. Previously, we were not changing her at all during the night and by morning the bottom part of her nightgown and the bedsheet protectors would be soaked. Overall, it's very absorbent and does the job well. You just need to recognize the saturation point and adjust when to change them.
These pads are great for day or night. I searched and searched for this size & style, and finally found them on Amazon. Each pad is individually folded into thirds and neatly wrapped inside of a disposable paper/cloth pouch which makes it great for easy and sanitary disposal. The clothlike wrap or covering also keeps it neat & clean for carrying in your purse, handbag, duffle or back-pack. Each pad is a good weight and has substantial cotton filling for quick absorption for instant gushes. Inside each pad, there is a great gel-like substance spun into the inside material that changes the wetness into a gelatinous form to prevent leaks. I find this style to be perfect for me, they are extra long, they are extra wide, they fit nicely too due to the hourglass shape of the pad. I have been ordering these for a couple of months now, and I am very pleased.
Bulky but absorb well. I would rather have a little bulk and be protected then the thin pads which you can leak right through. Nice and long they are wide in the back which held keep you dry. Also keeps odor down.
i LIKE THE FIT/COMFORT. PRICE IS GREAT TOO, FIRST TIME FOR MODERATE INSTEAD OF MAXIUM AND SEEM TO BE CUT A LITTLE SHORTER IN THE PANTY PART EVEN THOUGH A SIZE LG. THOUGHT THE MOD. WOULDN'T BE QUITE AS BULKY.
Buy these for my husband overnight. He has nocturnal wetting and the shape and absorbancy are wonderful. At first I thought buying 3 packages at a time was overkill, but it's no problem to store them in the bathroom closet for him. These are a life-saver.
