I bought one for my niece a few years ago and would run the ribbons over her arms and legs. She would literally be tickled to sleep. I recently had a baby, she is 7 weeks, who also loves to be tickled with the ribbons and, as she likely just beginning to see colors, also loves to watch the ribbons move. It's a simple -and efficient- toy -since it will also be a hand kite when they're older. No annoying flashes and sounds. Back to the basics!
Simple and beautiful
My 2 1/2 -yr-old grandson carried this around all evening playing with it. I'm very happy with this purchase. I bought 3 of these. I know they would be very easy to make but since they are so affordable I just bought them. Would highly recommend. Well-made.
Only problem is they get so wrinkle
I got this as a toy for my baby and she loves it. It's provided endless hours of entertainment and stimulation. Yay!

Well made.Love the round handle. Children cannot injure themselves because there is no stick. Not for small children because of the long ribbons.
My 9yo son has autism and loves to twirl things, he loves the ribbons!
