Sistema To Go Collection Cutlery Set, Color Received May Vary, 4-Piece Set

As I spend 9 or so hours of my day seating in front of a computer screen, I like to bring a salad for work in order to eat healthier. I was in needed of a small salad dressing container and this fits the bill and my needs as well. It's made out of plastic but is Phthalate and BPA free and dishwasher safe.

It's a bit smaller than I though but it still works for me (1.18 oz/35 ml each). It all depends on the salad size I want to bring to work. I usually bring a full glass container (1 quart – 946 ml) of salad and this product works well. Sometimes I use 2 of these containers if I want a little more dressing. It's not a big deal at all.

If you want to have a little side salad (2 cups – 472 ml glass container), one of these small containers will be just fine. Again, it's up to your needs. Although the packing doesn't say anything about heating/washing/freezing the containers, the description on Amazon says that they are dishwasher, microwave and freezer safe. You can add olive oil, yogurt, sauces, nut and regular butter. They are very useful and waste free.

What I really like is that I don't waste any dressing, neither need to bring the whole bottle to work (they clean the fridge every Friday). So, this product is great and it works well for me. I have other Sistema products and they are still in great shape after many uses.

Oh my goodness, I had no idea how wonderful such a small product would make my life. As someone who packs their lunch for work every single shift, these have been a huge asset. They are the perfect size for soy sauce, hot sauce, and enough salad dressing for a medium sized side salad. If I want to bring a bigger salad, no problem, I just fill up two of these instead of one. I had no idea how badly I needed this product before and how unfulfilled my lunches were. These are just fantastic. Also, I've never had issues with them leaking, which is also a huge plus.

This set of 4 small containers is for storing 1oz/2tbsp/1/8cup. Besides needing small containers, I purchased it bc I have several other Sistema containers I really like. I filled it with water, turned it on to it's side and later upside down for 2 hours each. As long as you screw the lid onto the container til you feel a click, there was no leakage. I took one star off only bc (as others mentioned) there are no product details on the packaging - it didn't take me long to figure how to close it without leaking, but buyers shouldn't have to try to figure it out. I would buy this product again if I need small containers.

I've never liked packing a salad to go because it always end up just "meh" by the time you get around to eating it. Traditionally just throwing all your toppings on the lettuce/spinach resulted in some toppings not being as fresh as they could be or "melting" into the lettuce. And don't even get me started on having to carry a separate container for the dressing. This salad kit is one of the best solutions I have seen yet. Not only can you keep your salad mix-ins separate, but there is an included salad dressing container. I know it *looks* small, but believe me - it's the perfect size for the amount of salad you have. I honestly don't use the utensils (I eat my salads with chopsticks - lol), but it's nice that they thought of that if you do. I've used this kit for things other than salad too! It's perfect for ramen or pho too! Just place your cooked noodles (strained of water so they don't get mushy) in the bottom large half and then your toppings like onions, tomatoes, tofu, chicken, basil, kimchi - whatever into the top separation bin. You can even use the small dressing container for your "sauce" - ie concentrated chicken stock, powdered ramen flavoring. When you're ready to eat, just dump everything together and add in hot water! I can't tell you how jealous people have been of my restaurant style ramen lunches :)
I was provided with product for my honest review.

These are so awesome I bought two. For whatever reason it's cheaper to order 2 individual containers than to order the two pack. Anywho, this is smaller than I expected, but it's perfect. I'm on Weight Watchers so it's all about portions and tracking. The bottom fits 2 cups of lettuce. The top tray has 3 compartments. The center is for dressing and comes with a tiny jar/container and lid. This would be good for salad dressing, but I use it for taco salad so this is where I store the sour cream. I'm able to fit 1 tbsp of sour cream here with a bit of room left. Around the center, there are two triangular shaped compartments. Each side fits 1/2 cup. I originally thought it was 4 squares around the center, but it's just 2 triangles. I fit 1/2 cup of corn and a slice of lime on one side. On the other side, I store tortilla strips, cilantro, onions and cheese. I wasn't kidding. I measure all my food. But now that I'm familiar with the storage capacity of the container I can eyeball it when using this container. I imagine it'd be useful for sandwiches as well. I store 3 oz (about 1/2 cup) of ground turkey in a separate container since I like to heat it up before tossing it in. However, if you don't mind cold meat you can fit it in with the lettuce. It'd highly recommend these for salads!

Oh, and they come with a fork and knife but I don't care for those. I tossed them out. Convenient for some I guess.

Cute and perfect for not just keeping dressing and sauce separate from the rest of my lunch- but also for keeping a small amount of Advil on my nightstand not the Costco sized bottle. I can also see myself using these as TSA-travel sized containers for face lotion or body scrub. I really like sistema’s lunch accessories because they are well designed, microwave and dishwasher safe, easy clean and leakproof. Like put it in the same bag as your laptop leakproof. Finally I feel like these cups both class-up a packed lunch while being budget and eco friendly

Of all the things I've bought this week, I never suspected I'd be most excited about a $5 plastic cutlery set, and yet here we are. I like that this comes with spoon, fork, knife, AND chopsticks - The chopsticks are actually very useful to me, because they let me snack on chips at work without greasing up my hands. Aside from enabling my chip addiction, I bought this set to escape my office's flimsy cafeteria sporks of doom, but even so, I was pleasantly surprised at just how sturdy these utensils were.

The knife in particular is the only plastic knife I've had that can actually cut well. The spoon doesn't seem the type to eat soup with, though I suppose it wouldn't be impossible, but it works fine for scooping up sweet corn and the like. There are only two handles, so you can only have one cutlery combo (fork/knife, spoon/fork, or chopsticks) at a time, but it's easy to detach and reattach the handles and I usually don't use knives with spoons anyway, so it's not too inconvenient. And I really like that these have their own plastic case with little outlines so you know where to snap in each piece one you're done with it. Very convenient for bringing to work, as well as keeping any dirty utensils from touching clean ones, so I can save them to be washed when I get home.

Added benefit: It looks cute. Especially since the utensils came in purple (my favorite color).

We bought first just one of these to test it out, now we have six of these! Absolutely love them! Set the top tray ready the previous day, add the salad to the bottom in a couple of minutes in the morning and a healthy lunch is ready to go. No more soggy salads. The only wish is that the utensils would be better. We did not like them and gave them away. Fortunately our small metal dessert forks fit into the containers just fine. If you are looking for a big enough of a lunch bag, try the "Pwrxtreme Insulated Lunch Bag with 2 Way Zipper Closures Double-sewn Nylon Large Mesh Side Pockets and 48-Inch Detachable Shoulder Strap". You can easily fit two of the Sistema salad containers (or a Sistema salad container and a Sistema bento cube) into it.

Love these little containers! I use a lunchbox to take lunch with me to work every day and kept having the issue of salad dressing leaking out of every container I tried to use. I got so annoyed with cleaning out my lunch box all the time, I decided to give these a shot. They are perfect!!! They hold just the right amount of dressing and DO NOT LEAK EVER. I just toss them in the dishwasher and they're good as new to use again. :) Very happy to not be constantly scrubbing salad dressing out of my lunch box!

Cool little container. I saw this somewhere else for half the price after the fact of ordering it on here. It has 2 separate compartments to keep the carrots, cucumbers, etc. away from the lettuce which goes on the bottom. Dressing container holds 2 tablespoons which I think is more than enough for the salad. It's still worth it even full price.
