I purchased this for my son who is a brain injury survivor. He has struggled with sleep issues for years and years, a fairly common issue after TBI. He is on 4 different medications to try to help him sleep (negligible success), and he has a CPAP for central sleep apnea. He frequently twitches himself awake, so after a lot of reading and research, I invested in this blanket for him. He absolutely LOVES IT! He appears to be getting really good, solid rest as the twitching is minimized under the weight of this blanket. He has always tried to cocoon himself in his sheets and blankets, so I wish I'd invested in one a long time ago.
This blanket is very soothing! It's very relaxing at the end of the day. I feel like my energy is becoming calmed and contained when I am stressed out. When I am extra stressed I fold the blanket lengthwise, doubling the weight and lay it over me for the first 15 minutes and my muscles begin to release, almost like a massage.
I have been wanting one of these blankets for quite a while, since I've heard great things about them, and so this year my husband purchased this blanket for me for Christmas! Last night I used it for the first time and loved it, I also had an amazing nights sleep. I've always been someone who likes sleeping with a lot of blankets on me, because of the weight of them, so this blanket is perfect for me. We got the 15lb blanket and the weight is just right. It's not too light or too heavy but the perfect amount. I like that this single blanket can replace those many blankets I used to use. Fabric is very soft and oh soo comfortable! Highly recommend.
This is heavenly. My son has ASD. I got it for him, and it helps more than any medication we have ever tried for sleep. I've also borrowed it a couple of times to relieve pain from inflammatory arthritis. It works great. I have a weighted pad that I use on my neck when I sleep. This is like a whole body version of that.
Price is great at just over seven bucks a pound. The quality is excellent. And it's easy to care for.

I like to sleep with the weight of multiple blankets so I thought I would try this blanket. I absolutely love it. I originally bought the 20 lb and found it to be too heavy for me, so I exchanged it for the 15 lb. I sleep so much better with it that I brought it on vacation with me. It was worth carrying the extra 15 lbs around.

Good sleep comes from ZonLi weighted blanket.
The weighted blanket was exactly as described and appeared to be excellent quality. I did not see any little glass beads spilling out, as some other reviews have stated. Surprisingly, for the weight, the blanket was completely foldable and flexible as needed. The feel and texture of the default fabric for the blanket was soft, comfy, and appealing.
I bought the 20 lb. TWIN-size blanket, which means the 20 lb. weight is distributed in a smaller, more concentrated area, than if it was the typical 60x80 size for 20 lbs. Especially when completely folded up (for storing, etc.), the weight was very heavy indeed and barely manageable (but totally manageable when fully opened up on the bed).
I found the 20 lb. TWIN-size blanket was too heavy for me for sleeping, even though it was the appropriate weight for my body-size and the right size for my twin bed, per the seller's instructions. Since I can't change the size of my bed, I'm returning the 20 lb. twin size, and I will be putting in a new order - for a 15 lb. twin size blanket instead. Looking at other reviews, the 15 lb. weight seems to be the norm for twin beds for adults.
I bought this blanket because I have trouble falling asleep. I couldn’t be any happier with the blanket not only does it put me to sleep quicker but it also helps me to stay asleep. Also at night I usually bring it to the living room and lay down with it and this helps me relax before I hit the hay for the night. To be honest I don’t have anything to complain about except for not having two separate ones so I don’t have to bring the 20 pound blanket back and forth 😬. That might have to be a future purchase. I received this as a Christmas gift and I am absolutely in love with it. I was so hesitant to invest in it because they are on the pricier side, so I put it on my wish list and was lucky enough to have my husband purchase it for me! Oh my gosh. I was wondering if the weighted blanket would really Live up to the hype and It does. I am in love with it. I only wish I had gone ahead and invested in it sooner. I have an infant and also have anxiety and sleep issues myself and after those nighttime feedings I always struggle so much to get back to sleep which leads me to just being perpetually exhausted. But I was up with my baby three times last night and was able to fall asleep almost instantly after crawling back into bed and under this blanket. Plus I love that is machine washable. I love this so much and I intend to get one as a gift for my girlfriend who also struggles with pretty extreme anxiety.
I absolutely love this blanket. I have a tough time falling, and staying asleep. I wake up pretty much every hour, so never get any real sleep. I was a little hesitant at first, and have put off purchasing a blanket like this for quite a while. My first night with this blanket (I'm 5'9/150 and got the 20lbs one) was a miracle. I fell asleep within 30 minutes, and only woke up twice, and have slept great ever since. Even my cat seems to like it. Maybe because it kinda keeps my legs confined, due to weight, and am not able to as easily kick him off the bed when I turn. The blanket can be a little on the heavy side at times, especially around the legs, but I'm supposed to sleep, and not exercise...
I've always wanted to try a Gravity Blanket but always felt the $150 dollar price tag was too hefty. Well, I can for sure tell you that this much more reasonably priced blanket can do everything a gravity blanket can and then some. This blanket has elevated my sleep game. No more waking up in the night, lying awake for hours tossing and turning, pre-sleep anxiety: it's all gone. Never has a product so crucially changed my life as this blanket. Right, when you get under it you feel cocooned which strangely makes you feel so relaxed. I was very skeptical at first and figured that I would be wasting roughly $80 on just another stupid gimmick, but I would easily pay double and I can no longer go back to a traditional blanket. Plus, it breathes so nicely that I never get too hot under it which I was concerned about.
