I LOVE this quilt! It looks so pretty in my daughter's room. You can't beat the price. It is lightweight but has a nice sheen to it. I threw it in the dryer with a dryer sheet to give it a fresh scent. Very pretty flower print and I love the colors!!
I was very excited to get this. And while I like it, the color, as mentioned in their color notice, is not quite as it appears online. In most of the online images the quilt and sham appear to have a bit more of a lavender tone and the color is more washed out. I have included an image of my sham fabric and hope that it helps to give a better display of the fabric. The color is vivid. The green is kelly green. I am using it for a guest room and will probably pick up the rich grey-blue as the paint color. The construction quality of the sham and quilt seems very good. I am sure that I cannot do better for the price.
Exactly as pictured and described. No chemical smell. Great weight for Louisiana. Colors vibrant and what I expected-- pinks and purples and blues on white . fit full bed perfectly. Just perfectly. Positive experience. Thanks.
I read a lot of reviews, regardless of the negatives I bought this anyway. Not sure what people are smelling, I mean it smelled like any new fabric item does... I work in retail & most really dark articles smell like old vinegar (it's what they use to keep the color in) and this wasn't even close to that! Anywho, I wanted something thinner for summer, I hate sleeping when I'm hot. The AC isn't enough with a down comforter on me, and I like having a blanket with my sheets, maybe I'm weird. This is soft, perfect thickness, and the print is exactly what I expected! I threw it in the dryer with a dryer sheet for 15 min & she's good! Would definitely buy again & recomend!
UPDATE: We have had this quilt for over a year now and it still looks great after many washes! We use a blanket with it when we use it in the colder months which works very well. Very pleased with it! I have added a new photo, the new photo is the one with one cat :)
This is a lovely quilt! It is quite thin, but absolutely perfect for the summer months. I think that for the colder months coming up we will be using a blanket underneath which should be sufficient. We decided to purchase the king size quilt for our queen bed and very pleased with the way it looks, it hangs almost all the way down to the floor which is what we wanted... It looks very pretty and is nicely made. Our cats are enjoying it too! :)

Let me just say, I love quilts, but I don't love the price of quilts. This one is absolutely stunning! Everyone who has seen our new bed set has fallen in love with it. Our entire house is rustic and/or country, and I was so excited to find a quilt that didn't cost an arm and a leg. I may be ordering one for my sister-in-law in the purple color for Christmas and another for my mother-in-law in the same blue color I received, she threatened to steal my quilt LOL. The blues (my favorite color) are beautiful light blue, dark blue, and floral. The quilt is very comfortable and before buying this I had a really bad habit of not making my bed in the mornings, now I make it every morning because I love how the quilt seems the make the room feel cozy and in my opinion draws the entire room together. For the price, you can not get any better than this. This is my favorite bedding of all time and I am so in love with it, I will definitely be thinking of these when we buy new bedding for our spare bedroom and future purchases.
This is a lovely quilt! I am impressed with the design as well as the construction and have not found one flaw in the sewing. It is light and feels like a quilt without any quilting batting inside. We find it perfect for these hot months of summer and are totally satisfied. We keep our AC on 74 at night and this still keeps us cozy, which we love. If I were forced to find one thing I didn't like, it would be that it is only 83 inches wide where it says it is 86 and even with the scalloped bottom, I did measure at the widest place. Not a big deal for us for summer, but if we were using it in the winter we would want it a little longer on the sides. When they have full/queen size bedding, you kind of know you are going to get the short end of that deal with a queen size bed but still, it's OK. I think the lovely design make it worth it in every way. I did have to wash it before using it just to kind of soften it up a little. I don't find it extremely soft, but again, it's fine. One reviewer stated that it looked to her like they ran out of ink as the pattern was fainter as it went from bottom to top. I see that as an artistic pattern by showing some depth and visually puts the faded flowers in the distant. I can appreciate their effort. Would I buy it again? In a heartbeat! Lovely, lovely quilt set. Oh, BTW, the shams are soft and fit the pillows well without having to stuff them in. Perfect fit for standard pillows.
I bought the 3 quilts
One with the print that has circles with turquoise, yellow,red and, green . It was a full size. I absolutely love it. Its thin for summer, we live in Florida and I wanted a nice quilt for my son. Its very soft and came with two matching pillow shams.
The other two I bought the lilac one with flower print. They are both twins for some reason they are not as soft as the above one, but I am washing them so hopefully they soften up, they seemed a smidget thinner too. The other strange thing is the print is on both sides of the blanket.
The blanket is white not a tint of purple like the picture, and it has curved edges which I like. This came with one pillow sham for the twin size.
I am washing them all in warm water and drying them regular with heat. Totally not what it the directions for cleaning are but, I figure I'm trying to soften the two up.
My only complaint is the twin flower one wasn't as soft, and the print is on both sides.
Oh and by the way the reviews with chemical smell wasn't that bad goes away after wash.
Just received this item and it's beautiful. I bought a king to cover a queen bed hoping it would reach the floor all around to get away from a bed skirt and the sides are good but it's just to the bottom edge of the mattress at the end. Not an issue, I'll just get a white skirt. I'll use it over a comforter in the winter and by itself in the summer, or with just a light blanket. The shams though are more of a cream than white which is a bit disappointing but overall still a good buy for the price. Looks great in my newly painted guest room.
Lightweight, warm, easy machine wash and dry, and it's simple to remove cat fur, too. A damp cloth easily removes fur. Spills? Paper towels offer a quick fix. I use Tide Pods and Downy (sheets) softener so spills aren't absorbed. This fabric is the best I've found and the pattern images are accurate. I'm 74 and it's been difficult for me to lift the all cotton quilts from the washer to the dryer _ major improvement! I bought the dark blue quilt pattern a few months ago and it's perfect with the antique decor. Spring will soon be here and the green quilt pattern arrived yesterday. Washed and on the bed and absolute perfection!
