THIS OIL IS AMAZING AND "FOOD OF THE GODS." I heard about it for the first time on a conscious YouTube channel. The video was about 5 natural things that could drastically improve your overall health and wellness. I'm very aware of how my body feels and performs daily and I was hoping to see subtle changes. I was in for a huge shock when I saw and felt drastic changes only after using it for 2 days. I immediately noticed a reduction in inflammation in my body. I have a lot of neck, shoulder, arm and back pain on the right side of my body due to previous sport injuries and a bad car accident. In the last six months I've been having a lot of issues sleeping and using the computer, Typing on my phone, etc. I have really limited my computer and phone usage to reduce the pain and inflammation in my shoulder and neck. However, even with the lifestyle changes, and strict diet, I still had major pain and sleep issues. After taking this product for just two days, my neck, shoulder, arm, and hand pain almost completely went away. Which meant I was also able to get a full nights sleep without being restless and uncomfortable. I knew right away that this change was from the oil. I have been taking taking this product now for about two weeks and have continued to see drastic improvements and how I feel, my energy levels, digestion, mood, and ultimately a huge reduction in pain. I also have to say that I was taking a Tumeric supplement and never once really noticed anything significant. This is an excellent Black Seed Oil. I'm on the Keto diet and I was recommended to start taking this in addition to MCT Oils. This is very good quality and easy to swallow capsules. Black Seed Oil, if one researches it, is effective at many things in the body. All I can tell is that if you take this on a Keto diet combined with intermittent fasting, be prepared to see the fat disappear especially in the lower abdominal area.

I've bought several different anti parasitic herbal pills and anti Candida. They worked so ...So, but after I took THIS whole bottle of black seed oil I saw white foamy stuff floating around in toilet AFTER bm. Even took out very small little white hairy stuff too. I haven't been feeling that great lately, not sure why. I have heard that Black Seed Oil is a cure for just about everything so was willing to give this one a try as it is non GMO and cold pressed and made in USA. I was not disappointed, I am feeling better and have more energy than I have had in a long time.
I bought this after someone had recommended it. I was bloated and miserable. I was hardly urinating and felt like I was sick on a daily basis. I don't usually go and buy things like this without reviews first. When my I had saw my friend and her skin glowed and she had lost weight I asked her what she was doing and she told me the black seed oil. Only she took it in liquid form. I cannot deal with liquid awful tasting things so I opted for these. After 2 days I felt like a new person. I'm back to urinating with more frequency, my bloat has reduced, I lost weight, my hair has grown the longest its ever been, and the pain due arthritis in my hand ( was on 1200mg of Motrin daily for pain) is gone. Now I'm saving my stomach of all those mg of drugs. Don't even get me started on better sleep. I'm not one of those preachers that say this is a wonder drug. But for me it really made me take control of what I ingest into my body.

Update- Ok, as background, I have been heavy into supplementation, brain hacking via nootropics/racetams etc for the better part of 25 years and I am always hesitant to "oversell" anything. After 3 weeks I can confidently say that this is about as close as I have ever found to an "all in one" supplement. I take 1 cap in the morning on an empty stomach and another mid afternoon. It gives an incredible boost in energy and mental clarity, like the fog is just lifted. In the morning it gives the nice clean energy to power through anything you have on your plate and in the afternoon, completely removes any mid afternoon slump and keeps all day energy consistent. The mood boost that goes along with it is an added benefit as it feels similar to a dopamine increase and really motivates you with a smile on your face.
This will absolutely remain in my staple supplements and I'll continue buying this brand.
1st of all, I am not a doctor. Nor, have I been trained in in the medical field. Simply a review of my experience with this product. I know what works and or makes a difference for me. How I felt before I started taking a product and how I feel afterwards. So, directions say to take one or two but I take three in the morning on an empty stomach with a mixture of raw organic honey and apple cider vinegar mixed w/warm water. I had been taking the latter already however, it wasn't until adding Black seed oil that I noticed a significant change in my health. More energetic, slept better, an over all feeling of wellness. For the price, it's worth a shot. This is not something where you need to take a years supply to feel a difference. If there's no change after the first bottle then you've lost 10 bucks. But, what if it works?
