I really like this oil. Pure clean MCT oil. But a word of caution do not start off with the recommended one tablespoon, work your way up to it so that it doesn’t cause stomach upset.
This oil made me feel like i was on a Rollercoaster, in a good way! The damn adrenaline that this oil gives me is pretty insane. This works better than coffee, cocaine, and crack. Trust me I've tried them all. This works!
Your bowels will thank me for that later.
Bought this to combat Candida overgrowth and it has helped tremendously. You have to supplement with probiotics tho - this stuff will literally clean you out.
I'm very happy with this product. Negative reviews seem to be bc of an upset stomach or delivery issues. The product itself is great. You need to start out very slow (like half a teaspoon ) and work your way up. If you're fat fueled then you should not gain weight for this product. In fact I have it in my bulletproof coffee every morning and my energy levels are soaring. I do not get hungry until lunch time so it's definitely fulfilling. I recommend this product for those following the keto wol.

Not sure if this has help with weight loss, but I haven't noticed any negative effects either. However, be very careful with frequent use of this item because it will cause your bowels to move extremely well! I made the mistake of using this three days in a row and I was running towards the bathroom!!! I will suggest on using this product maybe 3 times a week, but that's just me and how its product affects my body. I will definitely purchase more in the future, just need to to Monitor and space out my use with it
I haven't been using this for very long but if a world renowned doctor says it helps with weight loss, then I'm all in. Add to that the below reviews helped make my decision. Yes, you need to start out low because you will run to the bathroom shortly after taking it. I started with half a tsp. But considering that I suffer from constipation, I'm grateful for the relief. What I have noticed, which is the most important thing to me is I've already lost 4 pounds since I started taking this. I am thrilled! I will update if anything changes. BTW after taking it for a few days, my bowels have stabilized.
I've ordered twice if this product already, and I'm sold! I love that it has a protective sprout and that the outside of the bottle doesn't get messy with oil leak. My bulletproof coffee always tastes good, and it clears my brain fog!
This stuff is usually ridiculously expensive, so I was super excited to see this at a more reasonable price. The product is fresh, odorless and perfect for a Keto diet
There's no hard evidence I can find that says this stuff actually works. So it's just like almost every other supplement in that sense. I don't have a lab to test the quality. I just put it in my iced coffee. Been on a super low carb diet and bolstering with this to help weight loss and also give a little extra fat for energy. I feel like it's helped especially on the latter part. This is my second bottle. It's not great with hot drinks (tends to float to the top) but in cold stuff, it mixes in decently and you don't get a mouthful of oil.
