I have been struggling with chronic constipation and have tried everything from laxatives, eating prunes, yogurt, to colon cleansing only to see very temporary results. Since I have starting taking this probiotic I have seen a great improvement in regular bowel movements. I no longer feel bloated - it's a great product and I recommend to anyone with constipation issues.
Had my gal-bladder removed and was suffering from digestive issues every time I ate no matter when or what it was. If you had your gallbladder removed and have been suffering, I can't describe these lil pro-biotics as anything short of a miracle. If you take one with a meal it's nearly instantaneous results which is incredible. As long as I take one capsule a day I don't have to worry about having to make 15+ trips to the bathroom after eating. The relief I have from taking these is bar-none and the fact that I can trust that I'm not going to evacuate my bowels every time I eat a snack can't be put into words. If you had your gallbladder removed and have been suffering, try these out. (I started off taking two a day but that was overkill. I ended up taking one a day with a meal. However, if I was say going to be in the car driving for say 5 hours I would take two before leaving even on an empty stomach for peace of mind. They haven't failed me yet.)

This is truly a great product!! My stomach hasn't felt this good in years. I no longer have that constant bloating feel. It has helped me to regulate my body functions without any discomfort. I absolutely love this product and highly recommend it.
After thee days of using this product I am much physically improved. No stomach upsets after eating, regular bowels, and no more Imodium. Previously I was using a different probiotic but now I will stay with this one!

Do your research on what to look for in a pro biotic, and you will choose THIS brand. I looked at many, many choices, before choosing this one. It was the ONLY one that hit each and every point made of what to look for. I had been taking a cheap bottle of "Nature Valley" from WalMart...it was not working and my UTI was getting worse. So I did some reading, and realized that if your brand does not have 1. At minimum, 6 million cultures, 2. Guaranteed for shelf life, 3. third party testing......then it is most likely no longer even a living culture by the time you buy it...
Educate yourself what to look for....them come here and buy this stuff....it actually works! Imagine that...a product that really does what it says it does! ....
