I am a single woman who recently lost 200 pounds and my old mattress was wrecked, I needed a new one but didn't have a 1000 bucks for a new one. I'd been a loyal Spring Air Customer. So I did my homework and looked at mattresses in my local stores. The mattress you are looking at was the one I chose. For a Full Size it was 599 dollars plus tax from the store. I really didn't have it. I was going to finance it through the store. But, I kept thinking maybe I should check on Amazon first. I thought I might be able to save a few dollars. When I was able to get the very same mattress (no tax) delivered to my home for 190 dollars on the nose, well I clicked and bought it right away. I was scared of a bait and switch or maybe a counterfeit product I will admit. I could not have been more wrong, the mattress was the real thing and delivered to my home in two days. I will also sat it was heavy but I was able to wrestle it in the house and followed the instructions to open it. I was almost send through the wall when it "popped". Be careful, they tell you there is 2 layers of plastic to cut through and there is not. When you cut its going to pop out and start unfurling. So be ready for the expansion. The mattress came to full size almost immediately although I let it alone on the box springs all day and let it rise before putting linens on it. I let a fan blow on it all day but there really was not an odor. I've slept on it every night since 8-9-18 and couldn't be happier. No pain (and I have back troubles and fibromyalgia) and it looks wonderful. I have it on my box springs that are Spring Air and were in fine condition. Its firm but not so much it is painful or anything. I like it so far. I will occasionally come back if my opinion changes. I will be happy if this lasts a few years or longer.
After lots of research (3 months) I decided on this bed. I wanted something soft but supportive. I decided a hybrid was the best option for us. I stumbled across this originally on the Ashley website. They had it listed at $599 on sale at $249 for the 12 inch queen. This price made me ecstatic because I was planning on spending A LOT more. I budgeted $700 for a new mattress. I started looking at reveiws. Most were great, very few were not. I decided to check here on Amazon to see if prime was an option. It wasn't but it was cheaper and still offered free delivery. Ashley site said about 3 weeks to receive. I took a leap of faith and order here on Aug 31 (a friday) and was guaranteed delivery by the sept 14th. That Monday it shipped originally it was set to arrive Sept 7th but got delayed due to natural disaster (assuming California fires since it shipped from there and I am in Washington) and arrived Monday Sept 10th. This made me super happy! Be warned it is SUPER heavy like 100 lbs. I did move it and set it up myself because I am stubborn but you really should use two people. It was a huge struggle for me but I was determined to set up before the husband came home. Once opened it expanded immediately. The topper was fully expanded by bedtime 3 hours later. There was a strong chemical smell (normal for the memory foam) right when you unwrap it but was gone in a few minutes. OH MY once I laid down I was in heaven! The few reveiws saying this is hard as concrete are completely INSANE! It is very supportive but so plush and soft at the same time. Like sleeping on a marshmallow. Even my husband who doesn't care about anything luxury laid down and said it was amazing! (He snored all night long lol) It was the BEST night sleep ever. I am waking up with ZERO hip or shoulder pains. My arms arent going to sleep overnight. I dont need caffeine in the morning. Just like that this mattress has improve my life 1000%. My only complaint I don't want to get up in the morning because it is SOOOOOOOO comfy. We are buying 2 more for our kids ASAP. I am sure those super expensive $4000 are possibly better. But if you are like me and had a budget this is your mattress! Bonus I had money left for new bedding and pillows. Verdict I recommend this bed 1000 times over!

Originally went to Ashley homestar where they attempted to sell my this mattress for 600 plus 90 dollars for delivery. They tried it..... so came on Amazon found the exact same one and saved me enough for a whole other one
The mattress is very comfortable, no more back pain its plush without the loss of support from most plush mattresses. Plus 10 yr warranty easy as pie

The mattress arrived nicely packaged and was very easy to get out of the packaging and onto our bed frame.
It feels very comfortable and the memory foam feels great. It is in our guest bedroom so I don’t sleep on it but we’ve had one guest sleep on it and say it was comfortable.
Overall, this mattress was a great purchase at a great price. We decided to purchase a second one for our other guest bedroom.

Very impressed by this mattress. It's firm, but not so much that it's uncomfortable. Compares extremely well to the other, more expensive mattresses I tested in mattress stores. Definitely recommend this product!
This mattress is amazing! It is a little on the firm side, but it's very comfortable and the support is great. It also popped up to normal size after being out of the box for 10min. I've always been a fan of the plush mattresses but decided to try something different. Glad I did! I sleep very well, and coming from someone who works 3rd shift and sleep is hard to come by, that's enough reason to by this.
**UPDATE 11/27 I loved my 10” hybrid so I ordered what I thought was the same mattress only in a twin and 8” instead of 10, however the 8” is NOT a hybrid! It’s a traditional interspring with hardly any padding on top and you can totally feel all the springs in the mattress and i’m SO NOT happy with the 8” twin spring one! It’s so flimsy and uncomfortable, however the kids love it as a trampoline... I contacted the seller to return. Let’s see how this goes. Be sure which mattress you are buying before ordering!
I was skeptical ordering a mattress online before trying but the reviews were good and the price was even better! We just got this and if my opinion changes I’ll update but this mattress is of great quality, is comfortable and will be perfect for my school age child. It is for the bottom of a bunk bed. It’s a bit heavy so I would probably not recommend for a top bunk, but this is a full on bottom so will be fine. It’s soft and has a plush top layer with good supportive springs under. If we have to end up putting house guests on this mattress for a stay or if we end up having to sleep on it with a sick child, I can say that I would be comfortable. I’m laying on it now as I write this! Delivery was on time and since it’s not an all foam mattress, it was at it’s full shape and size within minutes after unboxing. If you saw this mattress in person, you’d never guess it was “box mattress.” Very pleased with purchase
OMG!!! I love this mattress already. It was shipped immediately and received in just 2 days. The directions for set up are pretty basic and easy. Take it out of the box, cut the outer plastic and it rolls open. Then remove the rest of the plastic. It puffs right up. The hard part is, it’s heavy!! Getting it on the bed was a bit of a struggle alone. Now, there’s only one way this rolls open. Put it on the bed with the visible end at the foot of the bed and it rolls right up to the top of the bed. My problem was.....it was UPSIDE DOWN!!! Someone actually rolled it up in the plastic the wrong way. Grrrrr!!! I’m 54 years old, female and 5’2”. I couldn’t believe it. It was a beast of a time getting it flipped!! (Insert cuss words here). Moving on........ It decompressed to 12 inches right away. Had a slight chemical odor that dissipated within minutes. I gave it 3 hours before laying on it. And what a dream bed it is!! It’s plush!! Feels just like the beds on a Holland American cruise. Nice! Nice! Nice!! I have a feeling my back pain and recurring knot in my shoulder will go away. If you have any doubts about a mattress in a box, push them aside and buy this mattress. You will be pleasantly surprised just like me. LOVE IT!!!
