I got these for my 3 year old who is starting to try to doodle letters. Right away he started to try to trace the lines to draw the letters. The cards are dry-erase cards. I recommend a fine or medium point marker for use with them. The broad tip markers are a little harder for little hands.

These are perfect! My four year old is not a fan of any type of educational anything, very frustrating! We made a scavenger hunt with these and now she loves letters!! She finds the card, traces, tells me the letter name and sound and gets a new clue. She loves loves it.
Our 3 year old loves tracing these. They also serve as receits/tickets for whatever he decides.
