I appreciate the company does good things, but the scale is less than exact. I think it had a hasna memory chip or something. Like, it'll give me the exact some weight a couple days in a row, regardless of what I'm wearing and such. I'll have to step off, step back on while holding something then on again empty-handed to get a fresh reading, like I'm tricking it or something. Fine if you're looking for ballpark weights. I wouldn't purchase this if you want something exact or weigh yourself often for small changes.

Generally, I really like this scale. Size is about right to stand on comfortably, though it could be a hair larger (I'm a men's size 10 shoe, if that helps). The digits are large and easy to read, plus the stay present long enough to look down and read.
My only issue is the initial reading is always wrong. It could be because I store it vertically, but the when I put it on the floor, the first reading is always 3 - 4 lbs. heavier. I then let it reset and step on again. From that point forward, all readings are consistent. But that first one is a throw away. It's not something I can't work around, I'm just hoping it's not a defect.
So, I wanted to buy a scale. I just recently moved out of my parent's house and didn't have one of my own. I looked at the store and didn't find any so I came to Amazon. Finding a scale on here was a nightmare. Nearly every scale has "sponsored" reviews on it; this one included. By "sponsored" I mean that people recieved this product at a discount for their review. But this one seemed to have the least amount of negative reviews, so I decided to try it out.
It arrived quickly and in good shape. I opened it up and put it in the bathroom. I let it warm up over night before I decided to use it in the morning; as it was very cold from being outside all day. When I stepped on it in the morning it consistently went to the same number. I stepped on it three times and each time it went to the same number. I had actually been at the doctor's office the day before. This scale showed about two pounds lighter than the scale at the doctor, but that's to be expected. You don't weigh yourself naked at the doctor's office, after all.
The scale came set to kg, but there is a button you press on the bottom to switch it over to pounds. Pretty simple.
So far the scale seems accurate. I like the appearance; it's very sleek and looks nice in my bathroom. Overall, I like this product and would recommend it to others.
*Please note that I gave this scale five stars despite the fact I had literally unboxed it ten minutes prior. I am THAT impressed.
First off, I was pleasantly surprised with the quality packaging of this scale. It arrived in a simplistic box, with a pull tab to open. On the inside of the top of the box, it reminded me that a portion of my purchase is going to Love146, a charity that helps fight child trafficking and helps provide support to victims and their families. If I step on this scale and I've made no progress in my weight loss journey, or perhaps I've even set myself back, I will smile and be okay in that moment because my purchase of this scale is helping a much greater cause.
Second, on the top of the scale was a plastic peel sheet which directed me to the website to help me get started in using it. I had no problem accessing the site, and the directions given to me via video could not have been any clearer. The website also had a link to activate my five year warranty. It could not have been any easier to activate.
Third, the scale itself. WOW. It looks very well built. It seems exponentially sturdier than any store-bought scale I have purchased. The size of the scale was exactly as expected, as it is a basic bathroom scale. The LCD display is big and easy to read. The blue backlight is not blinding; it is more of a comforting shade of blue (A, excuse the dark hallway I took these photos in, and B, that's an attempt at a joke as I am using this scale during my weight loss journey). The scale weighs within +/- .2 lbs just as advertised. I had my son step off and on this scale four or five times, and each time it read the same weight (60.4 lbs). Then, I asked him to step on the scale with a five pound kettlebell, and it read 65.2 lbs. I firmly attribute the - .2 lbs to the kettle bells being puchased from Walmart.
All in all, a this was a satisfying purchase thus far.
Very easy to read and operate...this is for my 98 year old Grandma to check her weight daily for any excessive water gain due to congestive heart failure. She loves this scale so much better than her "old fashioned" scale and is glad to get accurate readings now. I did a check with a 5 lb. sack of flour and it was perfect. For some, maybe not having the instructions in the box, could be an issue...if it wasn't for me being able to pull them up on my phone, not so sure she would have liked it so much...keep in mind she is 98 and needs manuals :-)

Sleek design and weighs me accurately (As far as I know), and does so consistently. I did have a problem with it giving me different weights every time but I read the reviews here and fixed the issue, it was very simple. Though right now I don't remember how I did it.
Before this product, I had the Fitbit Aria for $150. I had gotten sick and tired of all the connectivity issues. I didn’t need all the bells and whistles of the Aria, so I searched for a plain and simple scale I could use to weigh in on my weight loss journey. This has done just that. It is sleek and looks great in my bathroom. It works right away. The display is clear. It’s a breeze to wipe clean. And the batteries are lasting forever. It may not measure fancy body fat percentage or bone density or whatever, but it fits my needs perfectly.
Initially this scale gave me completely different readings within seconds of each measurement. I moved it around different sections of my room and almost gave up due to the inconsistency. However, I finally found a spot on the floor and put dumbbells on them to test it out and this time it worked! Who knew there were so many uneven areas in my home? I was about to return this scale with sheer disappointment but am glad I didn’t because I am in love with the sleek design and great price! This product functions and performs as promised, backed up by a 5 year warranty. Can’t argue with that! IT’S SO PRETTY!
Good scale with a sleek look. I feel like the scale is pretty consistent. I'll step on and off 3 or 4 times and always gives the same weight back.
I'd like to say the scale tells me I'm heavier than I actually am, but then again I'm probably just in denial ;)
We purchased this as a means to track our baby's weight. Weight of Baby + Me minus Weight of Me. It's consistent to say the least. Only measure increments of 0.2 lbs, so not the most precise method, but good for tracking purposes. When we went to doctor four our two month checkup, the weight at the clinics slightly exceeded what we were weighing him at home, which was comforting to us.
For the price, I would recommend.
And it works. It is repeatable. Consistent. It is frustrating to use a scale which measures differently every time I step on it, and this one does not. 202 now, 202 20 minutes later, 202 10 minutes after that.
In addition, it is simply gorgeous. I don't require my mundane tools to be beautiful, but I appreciate beauty wherever I find it.

Update, after 10 months. Scale is useless now. I can weigh myself 10 times and get a different result every time, from 176 to 192 pounds. I replaced the batteries, but no help. Junk.

I contacted GreaterGoods, and they gave me a refund, and a discount on a new scale. Can't ask for more than that. Stuff breaks. What happens then is what really matters, and GG made things right.
