I have used these for a week so far. The first two days back to back, but then I skipped the third day. Fourth day I took one. Skipped the 5th day. and I took one today.
I usually feel like I am so weak that I can't even get out of bed. I literally don't get out of bed sometimes.
Didn't think they would help me and honestly, I am not sure if they do, but I'd say yes if asked.
On the days I have taken a pill, I cleaned an entire 2 story house (excluding my parents' room), washed my curly hair for 4 hours, walked my dog 3 times around a huge dog park, cooked a nice meal for myself, and bonded with my family. I even dressed really nicely on these days and got compliments.
On the days I did not take a pill, I pretty mcuh slept all day.
Try them.
I take these daily to help prevent migraines and I have noticed a definite decrease in the frequency and severity of them. I will keep buying!
The vitamins are great but why are there so few vitamins in such a big bottle. I know it's a minor issue to complain about but the bottle is like 1/4 full. Just make the bottle smaller.
This is one of my favorite vitamin B complexes, and I consistently receive bottles with expiration dates a year or more away, so nothing ever goes to waste. While few B complexes carry the USP or GMP independent, third-party verified lab testing stamp, Nature Made is a brand whose non-complex vitamins almost always receive it, so I trust them. If, like me, you need a B complex that doesn't include a mega-dose of vitamin C, you can't go wrong with this one. The pills are small gel caps, roughly the size of a pencil eraser. I have always had difficulty swallowing pills, and these go down without a problem. They are also good at keeping up my energy throughout the day.
In brief: Small, easy to swallow pill. Consistent expiration dates a year+ out so no waste, a third-party verified brand, and an excellent source of energy.
I'm a vegetarian and know that I need to incorporate essential supplements into my daily routine that may be lacking from my diet. I take 1 capsule daily. I have been able to tolerate this supplement well without any adverse side effects. Will continue to use. I have already noticed a physical improvement with my memory, mood, and energy level.

I am so lucky to have found these and I always suggest them to friends and family. Normally vitamins, especially B vitamins, have a horrible taste, are too large, and make me feel so sick after taking them. That is not the case with these. I take them religiously, which helps the issues I use them for a great deal. Highly recommend!
Really gives you energy. As someone that suffers with diabetes and hypothyroidism this is a must have.
They changed the color ... don't be confused or alarmed. I called the company and they are changing the packaging to match the actual new color of the pill.
Good buy for a little extra B ... great for people who don't want MEGA doses.
If you don't have much energy, you may need some vitamin B. A good Complex that contains all the B's can put the pep back in your life. I have this on a subscription here at Amazon so I never run out.
