Absolutely LOVE this pillow!!! I had a pillow similar before buying this one and it worked great for a while but I have wider shoulders and I'm a side sleeper so there was still too much space between where my neck should've been and where the pillow went. This pillow is perfect for me. It's 100% supportive with my wider shoulders and even if you don't have wide shoulders, you can adjust the height of the pillow. When I first looked at this, it made it seem like there was a black piece inside the pillow that could be removed, that is NOT the case. The pillow actually has 3 layers equal in size, so if all of them together is too much you can remove a layer, if 2 is still too much, you can bring it down to 1 layer. And it is BEYOND comfortable. It's soft, but not so soft that your head sinks down to the bed. With just 3 nights of using it, I can already feel a huge difference in my neck and I'm no longer waking up with a stiff neck. The best $40 I ever spent...I would pay $100 for this pillow!!
I have a "pillow graveyard" in my house were many pillows that didn't work for me are laid to rest. I have scoliosis and my back protrudes, kind of like a hunchback, only not so drastic. This pillow cradles my neck and fits perfectly into that curvature.
The product itself is high quality, comfortable and the fact that it is adjustable is much appreciated! Even the material of the pillow case is nice. I do wish the zipper placement was better thought out though. It’s on a face of the pillow, and bothered me so I had to always be sure to have the opposite side facing up. I tried the full size for a few nights, but ended up removing the insert for my small neck. After about 60 days, unfortunately, I was experiencing neck/back pain and found the pillow was not for me. Bear in mind, every BODY is different, and a good pillow is the type of thing that needs experimenting, trial and error. *** Also, tid bit - since it is memory foam, I found it necessary to air out each individual piece for several days before using.

It is sooo comfortable. The shorter height is perfect for me, and the curved shape is perfect for my ovaloid noggin. The foam is just the right softness. It seems crazy that a pillow would make such a difference in my sleep, but thus far I have slept upon it for about a week and I no longer turn about in my sleep to get comfortable; I find that I lay down, feel extremely comfortable, fall asleep, and wake up in the same position but completely refreshed! It's unreal. Feels almost like latex.

This pillow is amazing. I have had neck pain for the last 4 months. This pillow has helped to ease my pain and allow me to sleep so much better. I love that it is adjustable as the “fullest” position did not work nearly as well as the less full position. I am very happy I purchased this pillow .

I was having such horrifying neck pain that I could barely turn my head to the right or left to drive when I began my neck pillow search. For a minute, I actually considered having surgery on my crackling, hurting neck. (Even as I write this, I realize it sounds too good to be true, but, trust me, I am real and have been reviewing here since 1999!)
I searched for days for a neck pillow with great reviews that was just the right size and finally settled on this pillow. I spritzed a little fabric Febreeze on it and aired it for a few days in the sunshine even though I did not notice any significant odor and I have a sensitive nose. I put my favorite pillow case in it (which fit perfectly) and went to sleep. It took a few days to get used to, but readers, IT WORKED!!!! After a week, I realized my neck was no longer sore or crunching and that I could turn it to the right and left again. A few days each week I even put my favorite old feather pillow on top of this pillow and it is still quite comfortable.

I am honestly amazed with this pillow. I’m 6’3 and work in construction so I’m a bigger guy. I usually wake up at least twice a week with neck tightness that develops into a headache around morning break time. Then i spent the rest of the day pulling on my neck, massaging it, and trying to crack it. After one day using this pillow I woke up shocked because my neck felt amazing.
