What a great product. I was worried that they would slip around - I wear them over my socks - but I was able to go running in them just fine. Really help reducing arch pain. I also tried the version that comes up around your ankle, which worked really well, but would sometimes be too tight on my ankle, so having just the band was a perfect solution.
