Love this steamer, I use it at least twice a week works great leaves my floors super clean. My only complaint is the mopping pad it comes with will not stay on poor design, however I was able to find a hooded mopping pad on Amazon fits perfect comes in a two pack and reasonably priced washes up the washing machine and is good to go. Great steamer for the price 5 stars!
Okay this is going to be the craziest review I have ever written but this thing is a life saver. My bf and I had to move put of our rental because of really bad mold growing EVERYWHERE after the rental company did nothing to fix hurricane Irma damages to the home. We were looking for something in our area that was close to our budget. Well we found a home that seemed perfect... key word seemed! The house was recently painted, news floors, etc. the only thing that was not in tip top shape was the kitchen. I figured a good cleaning would do the trick. The agent told us they would have it professionally cleaned. So 2 weeks go by in which they were supposed to finish repairs and cleaning for us to move in. The move in date comes, we meet at the house to sign the paperwork and notice the kitchen looks the same... they assure us it will get done that day... of course it didn’t get done and I was stuck trying to pintrest hacks to clean this gross kitchen! I bought this steamer because I figured it would come in handy and oh boy it did. Just look at the pictures! It is truly a miracle worker. I think this house had not been cleaned since it was built! But with my handy dandy steamer I was able to get this place clean in 2 days! Could have done it in one but between working full time and personal matter it was difficult.
This is a fantastic product! Received it yesterday and did the first run this morning so I cannot say anything about durability yet but the machine seems well made and sturdy. About 2/3 of our home has ceramic tile flooring in espresso brown and matching grout. I was never able to fully remove the white dust from construction from the dark grout, so looking at working 1500 square feet with a toothbrush I decided to try this steam mop first. I am just thrilled with the results! The white residue is completely gone and the floor feels silky smooth and super clean. This was almost effortless, I simply ran the mop over the tile, no pushing or re-do spots. Set up was easy es well. The mop is not heavy and glides with ease so I find this to be MUCH better and faster than using my spin mop or the spray mop I have been using in between full cleanings. We have 2 active dogs and there is a lot of muddy paws etc all the time so this mop is going to make my life much easier! Also I love the fact that this runs with water. This means I know my family and pets are safe, it is good for the environment and there is basically no cost other than a few cents a week for a bit of H2O. The hot steam also kills bacteria in a safe none chemical way. I am anxious to try all the attachments. Again with two dogs it will be nice to quickly clean and refresh furniture. I am super pleased with my purchase!
The mop is very versatile and functional. The mop head pivots and is big enough to do a room in a short amount of time, and small enough to fit in tight spaces. The water seems to last about 15 minutes, which is plenty of time to do an average sized room. The cord was long enough that it got around each room fine. I have an old linoleum floor in the kitchen where hands and knees scrubbing was the only way to really get it clean. With kids and animals, that gets old fast. Although nothing really beats a scrub brush, this was a close second. It got ground in dirt up much better than regular mops. And one of the things I like most is that it's chemical free cleaning. The only minor drawback I noticed is that the mop makes full contact with the floor on the forward motion, but the front lifts slightly when pulling back. It still did a great job, but would probably be even better if it had continuous contact. I also steamed the carpets and area rugs and it seemed to freshen them up, especially if you vacuum both before and after it dries. I haven't tried the hand held attachments yet, but hope that I'm just as satisfied as I am with the mop.

I give this steammop 5/5 stars for a few reasons. First, it was suuuuper easy to assemble and use. It has so many uses from cleaning the kitchen floor, oven, shower to steaming a couple of dress shirts and works amazing for them. It glides wonderfully across the carpet with the carpet glider. It made my headwood floor look SO shiny! I absolutely love it. Cleaning my floors is no longer a dreaded chore.

I have tried several steam mops, a couple of which were high end, and I gave up on steam mops. Prior to this mop, I had ended up with poorly cleaned floors, and puddles of water because the steamers never stayed up to temp. etc.
Since this is a lower priced steam mop, I wondered how it would work. When I received it I couldn't get over how light it was, and that also made me wonder how well it would work. We have a sheet vinyl kitchen floor that is approximately 11 years old. There is soiling that has been ground into the floor and no amount of scrubbing has been able to get it out. As soon as I got this steam mop, I fired it up and tested it on my kitchen floor. It took a bit of patience as I let the mop sit on some very soiled parts of the vinyl for 20-30 seconds with each pass. While it didn't get the soiling out completely, I noticed more of an improvement than I have seen in years! The next day I repeated this process, and the steam mop removed more of the soiling again. I intend on trying this repeatedly to see how clean I can get my floor with this mop! When I removed the mop pad, it was further confirmation that this steam mop was getting my floors cleaner than my previous mops, as the mop pad was caked with crud. (Toss it in the wash and it was ready to be used again.)
I found this mop to heat up very quickly. After the water was added, it was ready to be used within 20 seconds. I didn't find any puddling or streaking of my floors. It is so incredibly handy not to have to spray cleaner on the floors, wash with a mop and then dry with a towel afterwards. Great product!!!
I purchased this steamer for the handheld function. I was able to very easily clean my counters with little water cleanup afterwards. Easy assembly, easy to store, easy function. I am thrilled with the purchase.
I ordered this product and love it, it arrived quickly, easy to put together. I will say I ordered one and it had issues and thought I was stuck with it, as I threw out box. I contacted this seller and had AMAZING customer service. They sent me a new one out very quickly, I have had it now for a while and love it, The customer service I got made up for any inconveniences I had with the product, I will definitely be recommending this Seller and product to everyone. It cleans floors wonderful, cuts threw grime around sinks a faucets, I even used it to clean out air conditioning condenser in my house. ( Shut off electric to air) My daughter used it to clean a gawd awful mess she made on her carpet. I ordered this for our new house since I was just using the mop and bucket left from the previous owner, and in all honesty, it's a game changer. It is incredibly lightweight (although it's new, so I don't know how long it will last) and has a wonderfully long cord. The handheld portion is a lot more manageable than my old Shark was and the steam went the direction it was supposed to, rather than burning me. There was a spot on the floor that I haven't been able to get up since we moved it- it's gone. My kitchen floor is sparkling, and I used the squeegee to steam clean the textured shower doors in the guest bath, which until now were the bane of my housekeeping existence. It came packaged well, was easy to assemble, and really does stow away beautifully. It could perhaps come with a fabric bag to hold the attachments, but that's easily remedied. I would highly recommend this steam mop.
