SERIOUSLY helping with my depression.
Can not believe it was a vitamin deficiency.
I’m now going to visit a nutritionist, and see where else I’m deficient.
Also, my wife is a PHD Chemist, who says USP deal is no joke. It’s EXTREMELY hard to achieve.
This is the only brand with the seal, I will only be purchasing this brand moving forward!

Im not here to review the color or size of this pill, but to testify actual facts.
Starting 2016, i had blood work that showed extremely vitamin D3 deficiency ( it was very bad)... My doctor said that i had to start taking vitamin D3, So I started on natures made 60 day 10,000, and afterwards I continued with this dosage. I got blood work done by the start of August, and my doctor congratulated me because i have optimal levels, they are on point!
This is not the first time where I trust this brand, but I had a similar issue with my iron levels a couple of years ago, and since i take my vitamins ( natures made) regulary, I have no more issues ever since.

This bottle is a pretty good value. I ordered this particular dosage because my doctor specifically told me to take 5000IU so I am glad I found it as one pill instead of taking 5x 1000IU pills! For some reason this higher dosage is a little tougher to find in just one single pill. I didn't want to have trouble swallowing a whole lot of pills to make up the dosage or taking a huge pill that will make me choke, but these are very small and smooth so easy to swallow in the morning after breakfast. They are small translucent softgels and a little smaller than my fingernail (see pictures).
My doctor told me to take extra Vitamin D because I had lower levels and with working indoors I don't get enough from the sun normally. My doctor also said taking Vitamin D could brighten my mood (because apparently if you are deficient that can negatively impact your mood - oh joy! I guess sunshine does make you happy! lol). But either way I tend to feel a lot better over time after taking these pills for a few weeks. I take one pill (5000IU) 3x per week. And that higher dosage in this form still seems to be pretty easy on my stomach so no complaints. I will order more when I run out.
Love this brand of Vitamin D. If you find yourself with frequent upper respiratory infections, and Short of breath, this product may be for you. I had the doctor check my daughter's Vitamin D levels because she seemed Short of breath with easy walking. Sure enough, it was low. We started supplementing every day with 5,000 iu. She breathes better, and a bonus....She hasn't missed any days of school yet. She usually misses several due to upper respiratory infections, especially in the fall.
I suffer from chronic Vitamin D deficiency so I take 2 of these per day. They do the trick. If you feel like a zombie-head, get confused, can't remember stuff, and think you are getting dementia.. have your Vitamin D checked. And... regardless of what the lab results indicate (they will say 30-100 is normal), if your reading is less than 50 you need more Vitamin D!

I have to take 10,000iu daily due to severe seasonal depression, so I take two of these daily and it still lasts me a long time. I also take a multivitamin in conjunction with this product and I've found that as long as I take this product with food and my multivitamin, and use my light therapy, it's very effective at staving off the worst of my depression.
My doctor suggested this brand. I've used this for quite awhile now and am pleased with the product. My Vitamin D levels are rising and my energy level is increased. Although I was taking it to help my bones, the other improvements are added bonuses. I take it in the mornings as directed by my doctor. No problems so far.
I have chronic low Vitamin D levels and was prescribed a daily supplement. This supplement was less money than many other brands and had the 5,000 i.u. prescribed for me. The cap is easy open pop cap and I like softgels, as they go down easily. I had no stomach issues with this brand.
Doctor told me to take one daily, and so I bought these. I'm alive and feeling good, so I can assume they're building up my vitamin d!

Like they have the most consistent products. I get my vitamin d levels checked at the dr every 3 months and while taking this brand my levels are always normal, a few times I’ve bought other brands with the same dosage and my levels would drop.
