I had inherited a set of Joy Mangano Kids Huggable Hangers in pink, but needed a few more. I ordered these based on the significant cost savings. They are very similar, but there are a few differences I feel I should point out. If you are buying your very first set of huggable hangers, these are a great choice. They have worked well for sizes 6M to 4T so far! In the photos, the brighter and larger hanger is Joy Mangano, and the smaller darker hanger is the one from this listing. If you're supplementing other sets, take these items under consideration:
1. These are slimmer and thus a but flimsier than JM. I haven't found this to be a problem but if your kids are tough on hangers this may be worth consideration.
2. They are slightly smaller than Joy Mangano huggable hangers (see photos), but overall the clothes hang at more or less the same height, so they don't look odd when loaded up with clothing.
3. The metal pieces are silver (my JM are gold).
4. These are slightly darker pink, but once loaded with clothing you can't really tell.
My wife bought these hangers for our kids. We bought the beige and blue. Absolutely love them, they end up taking less space than the regular plastic hangers, not by that much but when you have two people sharing the same closet, any extra space helps. The only thing is that we thought the beige would match our hangers but they're slightly darker, but that wasn't a big deal for us.
Update: We've had these hangers for about 2 months now and they're still great and look new. We use them on clothes sizing from 3mo. - 5T and have been perfect for these sizes.
I love these kids hangers. Upon the recommendation of more experienced moms, I decided to hang most of my baby's clothes so I could see how long all of her outfits are, since baby clothing sizes are vastly different from brand to brand and I didn't want to assume something is too big for her based on the sizing tag when I can clearly see that it's the same size as a supposedly smaller/bigger item. But hanging clothes with regular baby hangers takes up too much space; and I stopped using plastic hangers for my clothes because I got tired of things slipping off the hangers so these are mini versions of the same hangers I use for myself. They're thin, well made and keep everything on the hanger perfectly.
One thing to note, though...these are technically kids hangers, not baby hangers, but my daughter is 5 months old and most of her stuff fits fine on these hangers if it's a stretchy outfit or has buttons/zippers that open wide enough to put on the hanger, which all of them do. For newborns, however, I'd specifically get baby hangers, which are a little smaller. I found all of mine at TJMaxx and HomeGoods. But for larger sized hangers such as these, the price and quality of these are better than what I found at those stores.
Oh and if you want to hang pants, you can get clips made for these 'velvet' hangers that slide on (and stay on very well, I might add).
UPDATE
I ordered three packs of these in a couple weeks, and the most recent order has had two of the metal hooks detach from the velvet hanger entirely. I've docked one star. (2 out of 90 hangers isn't horrible, just a few flukes and poor quality control, but doesn't merit 5 stars, either.) If more break, I'll adjust again and update my review.
ORIGINAL REVIEW
I really like these, especially the "velvet" texture so clothes don't fall off the hanger. I got these for my son's 2T-4T clothes, and all fit fine; 2T are maybe a little small to use these hangers; 4T are ideal. The folks that say these are infant-sized must have received the wrong item. They're sturdy enough to handle jeans folded in half over the middle bar, and narrow, so the empty ones don't take up a lot of closet space on the bar.
Great value, good quality. Only gripe is that they are too big for newborn clothes, which will only matter for a couple months so it’s not a big deal. I’ll hang onto the plain plastic ones I got from target for those clothes. Aside from that, they are a great value and I’ll be buying more!
I do wish they had a way to attach bloomers and leggings for clothes that came as outfits. I’m buying some finger clips separately but can’t find any that match perfectly. Again, not a big deal... to me anyway! But something to consider for moms who are trying to put together a cohesive nursery 😄

I love these hangers they are just the right size for my four year old and two and a half year old one wears a 5T and the other a 3T and these are great I think they can fit to children size 10 or 12. You can hang tank tops on with these and they won't slip. But I carefully put the clothes on these hangers like anything if you're too rough they will snap. But I haven't had any that have snapped!!! Way better than the plastic ones that come with the clothes. In the picture I have a 4T hanger plus a 3month baby clothes hanger for a comparison.
I'm going to give them 5 stars because they are super cute, however I am either going to return them or give them as a gift. I thought they were adult size. I was searching for and looking at adult size hangers and they showed me these as "something you might like" and I did but didn't recognize they were for kids. That's really annoying Amazon. When I'm looking at adult hangers don't sneak in baby hangers as something I might like. What a hassle; not appreciated. But I won't give the product a bad review because of what amazon does and I didn't notice.
I purchased 3 sets to use as displays for my bibs and burp cloths at craft fairs. I wanted a smaller hanger with velvet to keep the bibs from sliding around and becoming crooked. This was perfect and really made the display look nice and neat. My only complaint: the hanger part does not "twist" or move to accommodate hanging in both directions. So you better get it right the first time! These are SMALL so don't think you'll use them as your kids age up. Great for BABY clothes.
I love these hangers. I have a very nice walk-in closet that is the size of a small bedroom and I hate the way cheap plastic hangers look in there. Since I share my closet space with my two toddlers I had been looking for colorful but classy hangers to use for their clothes. I wanted the hangers to be a girly color that would offset my black velvet hangers for my clothes nicely. These worked perfectly. The section of the closet for the girls' clothes is all pink and pretty and my section is classic and black. You can also tell they are high-quality and will likely last until the girls are ready for "grown up" hangers to put in their own closets.
I definitely recommend if you want to organize your closet with something nicer than the tacky plastic hangers that are, for some reason, the standard norm.
I bought the pink with white polka dots. It is actually more of a hot pink color- not like it matters, they are just hangers, but the picture made it look like a lighter pink. They are nice for the price, they just have a really strong chemical smell- so only 4 stars because they smell so bad and I had to air them out for a couple of days. Not sure why the smell; I have bought these velvet lined hangers from others companies and they never had a smell.
