I am very very pleased with this product. When I first received it I put it on, and I thought it was a little too tight, but I would anyway. I received an email from this company asking if I was satisfied with the product. I indicated that I felt this sleeve was too tight. The customer service agent immediately showed me how to measure my knee area, I gave her my measurement and she sent me a new set of compression sleeves in the bigger size. I have had knee problems since I got out of the Army 25 years ago. I've tried a number of knee sleeves that ended up too tight, too loose, or otherwise fitting uncomfortably. I've exercised in these. I've slept in these. I've been able to wear them happily for hours as I went about my daily business. The only reason I gave four stars instead of five is that the sleeve top came unstitched within a few wearings. Not too big a deal since I was able to re-stitch it easily, but slightly disappointing, nonetheless.
I waited until I had used these numerous times before I decided to leave feedback. It's was hard giving any more than 4 stars because they do wear on you after long hours of wearing them. But, in their defense, all the braces I've ever worn could be described the same way. No brace is comfortable after wearing & sweating in them ALL DAY!!! That said, these braces rank right up there with the best, if not the best.
The first thing I noticed was that they were super long compared to what I was used to wearing. After wearing them for awhile I noticed that it started irritating my leg above the knee where the little "dots" of Double Silicone Grip stuff was. The dots are supposed to help hold up the brace and keep it from slipping down, which they do. I'm not sure but, they may have been pulling the hair on my legs. Anyway, what I did was fold over just the area that had the dots and didn't have any more problem. The braces still did not fall any further and stayed above my knee. I've worn these for a full day of work and sweating and they really do well, considering. Sometimes I actually don't even realize they're on plus, I'm not constantly pulling them up. Naturally, after a full day of having a sweaty brace on you'll be glad to remove it but, overall they really do the trick. At first I thought they were too tight but after wearing them they seem just right. I don't think you'll be disappointed if you try these.
First off, you get two (I must not have read description properly). This thing is AMAZING! I have arthritis in one knee and this made my knee feel WONDERFUL! I’ve worn it constantly since the three days I got it. I can’t say enough good things about this knee brace. I’ve tried others (like the one at CVS). It was awful. Kept slipping down. Not enough compression. This one is JUST RIGHT. I’m not sure how long it will last but so far I’m DELIGHTED with this purchase.
I've only has the product for a week. The first two days were great but when I began to be more active I noticed the sleeve to roll down and slide down. I also noticed just over the past day that the sleeve wrinkles behind the knee which is very uncomfortable. It is very had to pull up the sleeve while wearing slacks and if wearing jeans it may be impossible. Another point - this is not for long wear. Within 4hrs it becomes noticeably irritating due to above mention issues.
On a positive note the measurements are correct. Since the sleeve rolls down I thought about going on size smaller but I think the pressure of squeezing my leg would be too uncomfortable. I have noticed that while wearing the sleeve I walk better and able to been my knee without too much pain. I only wear one on my right knee. Now that I know the sleeve slides down I can't imagine trying to constantly adjust both throughout the day. However, my main purpose for getting this product was to help walk and be in less pain as my knee heals from a strain.
Overall, I'm satisfied with it - even with the issues. I have large muscular thighs and by pulling the sleeve 3-4 inches above knee I don't know if I'll a product that won't roll or slide down, or bucket in the back.

The knee compression sleeves are a nice fit. I like that they run longer than my old compression sleeve and that they have clear rubber-like sticky pads to help the sleeve stay in place during activity. I bought a large though and they are already a little looser than when I bought them after a week and a half of intermittent wear. I know a medium would have fit too tight. I wish the fit was a little snugger, but I am okay with the fit as long as they don't get loose enough to fall down on my leg. Be sure not to wash these in the washing machine (especially with warm water) and/ or put the sleeve(s) in the dryer. I can tell by the fabric (lots of elastic) that they definitely would not hold up well if washed like a regular piece of clothing. if you are in between sizes, I recommend choosing the smaller size.

I’ve had knee pain for years now and figured it was just part of being active and getting older. I accepted it and my goal was to not let it get worse. I bought these to see if they helped my knee while playing ultimate frisbee, instead of wearing a more heavy duty brace that I had been using but felt restrictive. At first they seemed fine but soon enough the pain came back and I had to put the heavy duty brace back on. It's a new pain so maybe just need to take more time off to let it heal, and when I start back up will be sure to wear these.
While I was limping the next day remembered I had this so put it on and it did make it feel better. It stayed up ok, there were a few times I had to pull it back up if I had squatted down or something like that but it wasn't anything annoying. I had wore the other one on my other knee the entire game and can't recall having to pull it up at all.
Going by their measurement technique my leg measured about 17 1/4", I almost bought the medium size because of that but noticed others said going by their sizing recommendations it could be a little large so I bought the small ones and it hasn't been an issue at all. It's very stretchy and didn't feel restrictive at all, even when wearing it most of the day. It has a rubber piece at the top with little bumps in it that help keep it up, neither that or the material itself left any sort of rash which I was glad of because I do have that problem with some materials.
