these frames are plastic, not wood. Saying this, I have never had someone knock on my frames! Good quality glass and a great looking finish, we have family pictures hanging all over our living room with these frames. Perfect for showing off your family adventures. They come with special hanging nails that slide along and fasten in the back of the frame so you are able to adjust for a perfect straight hanging. These frames are also able to to prop up on surfaces with a fold out stand. cardboard backing, but again, whoo is looking at the back of your frames?
You can't go wrong with these - in fact, I'm finding Amazon Basics to be good quality for a lot of items - sheets, keyboards.....
these are not your dollar store paper mess crap frames these are well made and seem like they will hold up for a while..
Got these as a gift for different family members for Christmas ended up keeping them for myself because they’re so nice. I just put command strips on the back of mine to hang them but there is plenty of material on the back already to nail it somewhere or prop it on a counter. Very satisfied with this purchase

Amazing quality for the price! My daughter has knocked this frame over, causing it to fall several feet, multiple times and it hasn't broken at all! Worth every dollar!

These frames were so well made — such a wonderful surprise! Very happy with the quality, the depth of the frame and the packaging plus the ease of inserting photos and closing up the panel. A fair price for such quality.
