Order all the time! Love how it makes my skin glow, nails grow... helps my 60 year old joints!
I have had Mixed Connective Tissue Diease (MCTD) since 2009, which consists of rheumatoid arthritis, lupus & sjögrens. Rheumatoid arthritis & sjögrens are more dominant. I went off all medications two years ago & went completely natural. I research intensively on ways to ease my pain. I take a slew of supplements & I stay on a strick diet as a way of life. I have been much better, but I have still had flare ups, not as often & usually not as long, & my joints were always stiff in the morning.
I started taking the multi collagen protein & my life changed. I started with putting a heaping scoop into my tea every morning. Now I put it into my coffee, sometimes twice a day. I find that I don't even notice it in my drink. I couldn't drink coffee before taking this, without a flare up. I find that my joints are longer stiff in the morning. I am able to eat more foods without flare ups. If I go overboard with sugar, my body still lets me know with pain, but not as bad after taking the multi collagen protein & now I can have a little sugar without any pain. I just can't overdo it. This product truly has been a life changer for me. I take less supplements now. I have been phasing many of my supplements out of my diet, realizing that with this, I no longer seem to need them. I am truly grateful that I found something that takes my pain away. If you have rheumatoid arthritis, I suggest to try this. It has changed my life in the best way possible. It's answered prayers.
Restless legs are gone! Appetite is down and not having so many junk cravings. Will continue to use.
Update : it's been over a month and a lot of my cellulite has disappeared, I just started a new container this week.
Recently started using this product about 2 weeks ago (though I've skipped a few days), but here's what I can say so far.
Overall: I really like this stuff. It has no taste, no/minimal smell and mixes/dissolves really well. Also it's far lower in calories than comparable powders that don't even provide as large a variety of collagen types. Giving 4 stars until I can give it more time to see effects, and then will update review. See below for more details if you'd like.
Smell: it's not great smelling, but it's not bad. It has a VERY light fish smell but I seemed to acclimate to it so I no longer really notice it. And it's made from fish, so can you really expect much different? I usually put this in my oatmeal and I noticed that it smells more when it's hot (after I initially put it in) but once I mix it in the smell goes away.
Taste: From what I can tell, this has no taste. If anything, it is very slight if you're drinking it with plain water, but even that's not too noticeable. If drinking it with juice, coffee, etc, I don't notice it at all.
Mixing: This mixes in very well with a variety of things, both hot and cold. However, I did a little experimenting and found that if you add it into liquids it doesn't mix as well as adding liquid to your already scooped powder (see pictures). If you add your liquid to the powder it dissolves just fine. It also dissolved in my oatmeal very well. Pictures: water in the left cup is when the powder is added to the water; water in the right cup is when the water is added to the powder.
Effectiveness: I've only been using this 1x/day for about 2 weeks, so I don't have any objective evidence yet that it completely works, but so far I like it. My skin seems to be better, tighter and has less cellulite. However, I'll also note that I workout daily, eat fairly well, and also take fruit/vegetable vitamins, fish oil, L-Glutamine, and drink lots of water.
Color: as shown in the picture, the color gets a little yellow with the powder, but don't let that fool you - the color seems to be unrelated to taste, in my opinion.
Have only been using it for less than a month, but am already pleased with the results. I was having some hair loss due to a thyroid condition, but after taking this product, the hair loss has significantly improved.

I have been using another, far more expensive brand of collagen and I was going broke as that company continued to offer collagen for joints, collagen for nails, collagen for skin, collagen for hair, collagen with veggies, collagen with greens, collagen with spirulina, collagen with liver, collagen with whey, etc, etc, etc. This company was charging a WHOPPING $45 - $115 PER product! I began to suffer from arthritis after an injury 3 years ago. I have tried several collagen supplements in an effort to avoid taking medications that have all sorts of negative side effects. I have never had anything work as well as Dr. Axe's formula. It has to be the combination of the different types of collagen, because it addresses all of the issues related to my arthritis. Stiffness and inflammation start to disappear right after my first cup of coffee in the morning. As the day progresses I can walk a little without my cane. On top of this, my acid reflux and gerds has practically disappeared. This is amazing because I've only been taking the collagen for a little over a month! I can't imagine how good I'll feel in 6 months, but I am so looking forward to it.
This collagen is very good. It has helped my stomach issues tremendously. The only think I don't like is the price!
Its in my coffee every morning. Ive now used 3 cans of this mix ~ 6 months later...my nails are stronger, my hair has more shine & body and is growing much faster, even my joints are less achie and my tummy isn't giving me any more trouble ~ pst...i havent been ill, not so much as a sniffle too!!!! AMAZING PRODUCT!!
