This item exceeded my expectations by a long shot! The price point is honestly much lower than it should be given the quality. My daughter immediately hugged it tightly when I unboxed it and has not let it go since. I highly recommend this item to anyone interested, I don't think any of the other versions of this could possibly live up to this quality, especially at this price point.
I wasn't sure about the quality of this Hobbes when I ordered it. Then I found out it was coming from overseas, so I didn't have high hopes. But when it arrived and I could see and touch it I was so impressed. I think it is made by hand, and it is very carefully and well done. I couldn't have found a better one. I hadn't wanted to pay that much for it at first, but now that I see it, it was totally worth the price. Super cute and huggable.
My son's hobbes came in the mail this morning from Vietnam to upstate New York. It's beautiful! So well made, so durable,just like the picture. I was skeptical of course hoping it wasn't a slapped together factory made thing. It's a piece of art. I mean I paid almost sixty bucks for it but it's just awesome!!
