We have used these for years, (with the handles of course), back when it was called "Reach". It appears that the design is the same because these "Listerine" Refills fit all our older "Reach" handles just fine. These are so awesome for flossing and make it so much easier than using floss twisted around the tips of your fingers. We love these and regularly buy them. So happy they are on Sub & Save!
I am a teeth hygiene fanatic, and these babies let me floss while on the go. They do a good job. No need to change them until they break, is my feeling. At first I was changing them every day. I am never going back to floss. I have three handles, and I go thru three of the refills about every two weeks. I hope they make them forever. I have some gum loss in my front teeth, so they do not quite bottom out there, but I just forget about it, and periodically use Doctors toothpicks with tiny brush on one end.
Works well. If you have dexterity issues, or are just a lazy flosser like me, they work great. They are supposed to go under the gum line on each tooth, front and back, or mesial and distal in dentist speak.they should curve to the contour or convexity of each tooth to be effective and not cut your gums. It’s not food that causes tooth decay, or periodontal disease but the bacterial plaque that coats your teeth, so in effect your scraping the plaque off. My patients had an adjustment period to get the hang of it so be patient. Ask you dentist or hygienist for help
I love this floss system. It’s so easy to reach my back teeth without shoving my fingers all the way in my mouth or making my fingers turn purple with a traditional floss. Better than a floss pick too because the angle in easier to get into your teeth. They are also a nice refreshing mint. Love these.
If it weren't for these flosser refills, I probably wouldn't floss my teeth nearly as often. They make flossing a quick and easy procedure, without having to wrap a long strand of floss around your fingers and having the fingertips turn purple with so much floss wrapped around them that it cuts off your circulation. These would be a boon to those with limited dexterity or even a person who might not have use of one of their arms after a stroke or injury.

I've been buying these for a while. I prefer the mint ones which aren't available in any stores by me, and the regular ones cost more per package in store as well. I'm giving 5 stars but in the package (1 of 7) I received in 4/2018, two of the individual flossers have had defects so far which I've never experienced in the few years I've been buying them. I'm assuming I just got an a package with a couple odd ones. (On one, the floss broke off when I first used it, and the other was missing a pad of mint)
They work what more can I say. With the handle of course you can floss your teeth the best that you can do. Creating your own angles and so forth on each area of teeth. Seems as though food particals are better reach with this item. Best system I believe until they come up with a better system!
My husband has a really hard time flossing cause he’s got super tight teeth and big fingers, these (and the handle) work so well for him and he’s really really happy with them. He was using several of the floss picks in one go because they always break so easily for him, he only needs to use one of these.
Have used these for years. They are expensive but so convenient to get into the back spaces between the teeth. Thinking about trying a water flosses since it would be cheaper than buying these.
Finally a flosser where I don’t have to stick my hands in my mouth. Works great.
