Absolutely love all their products. Having a stressful day? Everything going wrong that could go wrong? Take 2 to 3 sniff in each nostril and you start to feel a calming come over you within 15 minutes. I have tried ALL of the products now and LOVE it all. I don't think you could go wrong with any of these products. And they last so long. Money well spent.

Very calming very strong the essential oils can burn your nose a little I recommend breathing in slowly while blocking off nostril inhaler is not in. Love finding products that calm me! <3
