I've taken the tablet version of Advil off and on for several years for arthritis. Ran out, and saw these, so I decided to give them a try.
Wow! There IS a difference! These definitely start working sooner than the tablet variety, and they definitely are easier to swallow. I have to take three at a time (per doctor's orders), and find this version so much easier to deal with.
I had no problem with the expiration date (the date on my bottle is 3/2015). Very happy with these.
I'm in chronic pain daily. Instead of taking prescription medication daily (though I have to once in a while), I use Advil Liqui-Gels. Huge blessing for me. I have to take four each day. Well, sometimes three. So, I really go through these. I stock up on them, but am getting low. And I have a mess of them in my emergency kit. I get the Advil on Subscribe and Save to save money monthly. When I have a back ache, this usually knocks it out from say a pain of the score of an 8 down to about a 3 (tolerable). I'm in way too much pain to ever say I'm at a 1 or none, but if it's tolerable where I can turn over in bed without that "OH I THINK I'M DYING!" feeling, hey, worth it! I do wish the price would go down a little more, so I am going to be looking at other websites for price drops, but the product itself? Awesome.
The liquijels work much faster and more effectively than the caplets.
I only take any pain relief meds during menstruation. I have very bad muscle aches in my legs and abdomen. 2 of these 2x a day ( 2 at night when pain keeps me from sleeping and 2 when i wake up) keeps me pain free.
We've use other pain/fever reducers and this one works the best for us.

Took a chance to switch from aspirin to these. My over all pain level has gone down by at least 60 percent. Averaging out 1to 2 a day as compared to the 6 a day big dose aspirin I use to take. It's been 3days now and I'm grateful for the pain relief. Thanks

There is nothing better then Advil Liqui-Gel to use for a headache or chronic pain. This is very fast acting and gives relieve in a very short time. I live with someone who suffers terribly with back pain and depends on the liqui-gel form for relief. We have tried many different pain relievers and this is the only one that worked.
Love Advil Migraine! In my opinion, it’s more effective than the competition. Price is right on Amazon too!
Advil is our life saver! This is a great deal - we always re buy the 200ct bottle, its not too big or small and the price is better than B&M stores. I find generic brands just don't seem to work as well - whether it's a real thing or placebo, who knows, but to us well worth a slight bit extra :) This bottle is a very secure child proof cap (some are flimsy, so figured it was worth mentioning.)
All the expiration dates have been very far in advance - 2 + years - just make SURE you buy from Amazon direct - not a third party seller, which could be new old stock. I always check the dates when they come just to be sure but have never had a problem from Amazon stock - always very fresh new bottles.
Liqui-Gels are a lot easier to get down - so perfect for anyone who has trouble swallowing pills or who just hates that chalky taste.
