YOU NEED TO PLACE THE PILLOW IN THE MIDDLE OF YOUR BACK, NOT AGAINST THE BOTTOM OF YOU CHAIR!! The pictures shown here for where to place the pillow are wrong and I suspect is why people are giving this one star. You should feel a huge difference between placing the pillow in the correct location and placing it directly on the bottom of the seat which will not benefit your back and which will push you off the edge of your chair. After adjusting the pillow it is 100% amazing my posture is perfect I'm not falling off chair anymore, and I don't have to consciously lean back into my chair, the pillow just keeps my back propped up perfectly.
Working a desk job where I'm sitting 7+ hours a day, I started having really bad lower back pain. Tried foam roller, stretching, massages... nothing solved it. Ever since buying this, pain is gone. Came back and bought another for my boyfriend. I highly recommend it.
Did not meet my needs, but a good Lumbar Support cushion, nevertheless. I have lower back discomfort and thought this cushion would help relieve the pain. The cushion didn't fit my lower back so it didn't help; too small.. I contacted Amazon Returns and Amazon said the item was not eligible for a free return. So, I contacted LoveHome. It gave me a complete refund and said I could keep the cushion. Now that's five star customer service.
As for the cushion, it is well made, firm and attractive. I believe it would be an excellent lumbar support cushion for someone smaller. That is, under 6 feet..
Excellent quality and works for me because of my medical condition ... I suffer from a herniated L5/S1 disk and facets at l3 l4 l5 causing nerve root pain ... Not fun at all. I am uncomfortable in most cars that do not provide leg room to extend my legs (6'3") my car does. Back support in most cars leaves you slouched or lumbar option pushed to hard and causes facet pain when arching lower back . His one is just right as in gently supports and conform giving me just 2-3" is more than I need .
I test drove them several times last couples days after I received them. They provide a gentle soft support that forms to the lower back ... I already have sports seats in my BMW, but felt that I needed that extra lumbar support . I tried the other very popular on Amazon selling for less ( good quality but firm ...too firm for me ) it's a good one too, and my daughter uses it now in her car .

The elastic is adjustable and comes with an extension ( didn't need it for my seat ) ..
A trick that may be obvious to some ...after attaching the strap on the back, lower the strap as low as you can on the seat back almost at the bottom that meets the seat bottom ... Making the pillow conform better to seat vs sitting far and being pushed forward by your car seat lateral support ( you will understand better when you try it ):)

Really like this pillow, however, I wish there was a way to remove ALL the straps easily for a stationary pillow. I use it on one of our recliners and I am concerned of it leaving marks on the leather, so I had to cut the straps to be sure.

I got this for my office chair at wok. The company refuses to get us new chairs that have even close to adequate back support & this helped a lot. My chair usually leans back and can't be stabilized to sit upright much, this back support has been helping me stay upright and I feel like I'm sitting up correctly. I'm so glad I bought this!

I use this brace primarily on my office chair but have also used it on a kitchen table chair and family room couch. So far it seems to help with my bad back, (Spondy), as long as I'm using it on something with a rigid back to begin with. We have a softer couch in the living room and it does little to give support. Overall, it does what most of these type supports do, force better posture when sitting. And that's the key for most back and neck problems. I would definitely buy it again.
Ordered this lumbar support to use in my Mazda driver's seat. It fits well and does indeed make my lower back feel less stiff and tired after driving. The material is a mesh, the interior foam is soft and flexible, and the support cushion comes with attaching straps (optional use). They seem to more for a chair than an auto seat, as I can see that they are not going to fit around my car seat. No matter as the strap and buckle are secure behind the cushion. I would certainly recommend this lumbar cushion as well made, comfortable, and does the job as advertised. The mesh material will not stick to your back in hot weather. It's a comfortable cushion and priced right.

I work at an office, so most of my day is spent sitting in a chair. Although I try to be conscious of my posture, I tend to slouch. I noticed I was having discomfort in my back, and wanting to find a solution I took to Amazon lol.

So far, I like this as a way to keep my sitting posture ergonomically correct at the desk. This lumbar support replaced pillows that I used for my desk chair which I constantly had to re-position. Simple elastic strap with buckle for attaching to chair back works well enough. Fortunately my chair has a brace in the back at the optimal height to hold the strap and lumbar support in the correct position for the height for my back.
