Ordered one of these mugs for my now long- distance daughter. It is a perfect, unique gift! Nice variety of colors for the states and shipping was quite quick too. The optional gift box is cleverly designed and makes a nice added touch. Very pleased and will recommend this idea to others.

I ordered two and customized the names on both. I also opted for the gift wrap. I decided on the larger mug size as well. The mugs themselves are absolutely beautiful. They did a great job with them. The only negative I see in the other reviews is that the shipping is slow... but mine arrived very quickly! The gift wrap is beautiful. The box itself is actually really cool, and the mug was cushioned well during shipping. The states on mine are gorgeous. I am just so happy with this product. I am so glad I bought them! I can't wait to give them as Christmas gifts!!
Bought as a gift for my mom on the other side of the country... unfortunately I forgot to update their shipping address so the mug got sent to Maryland instead of Michigan! I emailed Cupology late on a Sat night, and they got back to me first thing Monday morning and followed through to make sure that everything got worked out. My mom's response to her surprise? I love it. What an appropriate present. I love what is written on the mug. Eating some ice cream out of it right now while I watch Olympic women diving." What can I say? Summer isn't exactly coffee weather I guess. :D She also loves the colors (orange and blue - Broncos colors, my husband's touch), and is pleased with the size and durability. Well packed, but box was small enough to fit in their mail box. It would have arrived within a week of order, if not for my mistake. Highly recommend this product/company!
My mom lives in Mexico and I live in the US, so I contacted them with questions before placing the order. They were quick to answer and made some suggestions, I could go with states or countries and they even offered to translate the sentiment for my mom who doesn't speak English!. I decided to go with states from both countries Coahuila for my mom and Ohio for me with the sentiment in Spanish. Sure the Spanish grammar could use some work but she won't care because everything else is just perfect!
After I placed the order everything went smooth and now I have the perfect gift for mamá!

This was a Mother's Day gift for my mom who eats oatmeal and drinks tea daily, and she absolutely loves it! The extra cost for the gift packaging was money well spent! Ordered this as a gift for my mom for Christmas and the steps to personalize were very simple and straightforward. I was worried that it wouldn't arrive in time for Christmas and when I e-mailed them, they answered very promptly and were very helpful. I received it two days before Christmas and I was very happy how the design came out! They were able to add the heart over the state in Mexico where my grandma is from, which I thought was a great personal touch! My mom cried of happiness from the thoughtfulness of the gift! Would definitely recommend!!
I got this as a gift for my mother-in-law, and she loves it. The seller knew where Saipan was, and the pictures of the places are places as geographically accurate as possible, so Saipan was lower and to the left of Idaho. It arrived beautifully painted and safely bubble-wrapped. We try to always hand-wash it to preserve it better, but sometimes it accidentally gets thrown in the dishwasher with the other mugs. It hasn't chipped and the paint is still as clear and bright as it was when it arrived. Great quality mug that induces some pleasant nostalgia.
I thought this looked like a nice gift for my mother who lives in Canada -- I was able to get my state and her province in the colors I want. Also, I got the larger size, which is easier for his arthritic hand to hold and use. I bought it for a Christmas gift, and she is using it every day and washing it in the dishwasher -- no issues. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
