When I first received this steamer, I was a bit disappointed, as it did a great job of removing wrinkles but splashed water everywhere while doing it, even though I'd been careful not to fill the reservoir past the Max line. What really impressed me, though, was Pax's customer service. I was resigned to living with the steamer as is, but when they reached out with a personal email to see how I liked the product, I gave them my honest feedback. They immediately offered to ship a new steamer to me free of charge. I gave them my address and they had a new one to me in a matter of a couple of days. The new steamer works great, no leaking at all. It's amazing to see a company stand behind their product with efficient, personal customer service that goes above and beyond expectations. 4 stars for the product, 5 stars for the company behind it.
Holy moly, this tiny little thing packs a punch! I got this because I'm getting married in a week and we are traveling with the groomsmen's suits and needed a steamer to get those wrinkles out. To test the steamer, I took it to an old bridesmaids dress that I had laying at the bottom of my closet. This little guy heats up SUPER fast and steamed out all of the wrinkles in a very short time. I was on a roll so i steamed all of my curtains and a few other dresses. I am so impressed that something so small is so effective. 10/10 would recommend
This is a fabulous product! I really love it and I hate to iron. I couldn't stop using it this weekend and am actually enjoying experimenting with it. It takes a little while to get the hang of it and I had to ask a couple of questions (about whether or not to hold it on the fabric or away from it). But it's really done the trick. I'm so pleased and wish I had thought to order this earlier. I even gave my iron and ironing board away this weekend.
Love this little steamer! Worked great on two sets of curtains that had been in storage for some time and were very wrinkled. Had to refill twice with each set of curtains but wasn't a negative as water heated very quickly. I travel a lot and this will definitely be coming with me as it is small enough to pack away. Good value for the price.
You can normally get two shirts taken care of with one fill. Unlike the videos, this product either doesn't get hot enough to get the wrinkles out or steam just isn't that amazing.
You still need to stretch the garment while you are steaming it to remove the wrinkles which can prove challenging as you only have one free hand. 4 stars because its definitely no worse than an iron, but I can't say its any better!

I am very pleased with this portable steamer. It is a great alternative to dragging out the old ironing board and iron. I use it often. I previous owned a very large and expensive steamer. It was a pain to use and store so I rarely bothered with it and eventually trashed it. This little steamer stores easily and is so easy to use.

Great product..! My wife order it because of the great reviews. When it arrive I was a little worried because the product was small and that it wouldn't work.. but I was wrong. It works great, it's heats up quickly.. works get on my dress shirts and suit pants.. happy with the product.. wish it was a little bit bigger but for the prices and the size it's a great product..!!
This steamer is great - it heats up quickly and gets the job done. It would be great for travel. It doesn't take much to use the water in the well. I was steaming two items which required a second refill.

I purchased the streamer primarily to steam hanging curtains. Took a while but did the job. If it does as good a job on my t-shirts, I'll be happy!
