My Frenchie has a little growth to do as its slightly too big even adjusted to the smallest, however it still keeps her diapers on! I love it. I also use the pee-keeper but this is cooler when out in the warmer weather.
It does what it's supposed to, which is keep the diaper on. This is adjustable so it really is good for just about any size dog
