My doctor instructed my to incorporate a magnesium supplement into my diet because of my autoimmune disease. I have been taking one pill in the morning to help with inflammation and joint pain throughout the day, and a second pill at night to help with my irregular sleeping patterns. So far I have seen great progress on both fronts! Just be sure to take the pill with a meal or you may encounter some horrible stomach pains (lesson learned!).
I like this product A LOT!! I workout almost everyday and started to suffer from sciatic nerve pain, muscle tremors and muscle cramps along with an eye twitch. I figured it was low magnesium. This supplement has been the most effective magnesium supplement I have taken so far, I have tried many brands but this product takes effect so quickly. I have taken this to help get over a cold in combo with other vitamins, I take this to relax at night, and it also helps with my joint pain. I have loved this product so far.
I am in physical therapy twice a week, and it is my perception that taking this supplement as directed makes it easier for me to get thru the exercises and treatments with less pain and muscle aches and soreness. Magnesium is essential and this product works as it claims. Insteaf of ibuprofen I take an extra mag pill when i get a headache and its almost magical how this product helps.
