I've tried many different supplements to help my hair grow, and this has been the best. I've attached a six month hair comparison. I'm amazed at how much it's grown in such a small amount of time!
After two weeks, I couldn't believe that I stopped losing my hair after taking this. I was on a medication that caused hair loss. I had already lost at least a 1/4 or more of my hair. My hair loss stopped and it's starting to grow back!
What can you say? It works. Since I've been taking Biotin, my previously thinning hair has thickened up and stopped falling out so much. It's part of my daily vitamin routine.
I have been taking Biotin for about 9 months, and my nails have never looked better. They used to be soft and split easily. Now I have to file or cut them back because they get a little too long for my liking. I haven’t noticed much difference on my hair or skin though, but I never had a problem with either before, so... It did take me about 4 weeks to notice a difference, so stick with it.
I have very thin, fine, straight hair with no body. This has helped tremendously. It has also made a big difference in the growth rate of my nails. I wear acrylic powder with gel polish and my nails are much stronger and hold up to that type of artificial nails much better. They are not breaking like in the past.

While it may have triggered some people's acne I didn't really see anything out of the usual blemish. You don't really start to see results until about 2-4 weeks but I did notice the difference from when I'm taking the biotin and when I'm not. Both my hair and nails grow both faster and stronger.
Very good quality supplement. My skin looks better and my hair is growing faster than ever. I would typically get a hair cut every 3 weeks and since I have been taking this ive had to start getting it cut every 2 weeks.
It's proven on my hair to work & work well. Highly recommended. I have long thick curly hair, when I became very ill, my hair started to fall out. I've been taking this since & my hair is doing good!
I haven't played with insomnia for at least 20 years. I tried a variety of OTC remedies as well as Ambien. I've reached an age where the doctor will no longer let me have a prescription for Ambien, so I went online and did my research. I tried two other sleep remedies which didn't work all that well. And then I tried this. I'm on my fourth bottle, and I have recommended it to so many friends! It works. I get a restful night sleep, and wake refreshed the next morning. I couldn't ask for more. I don't think I have ever written a review before, but was so impressed with how this worked that I decided to throw in my 2 cents worth in case it would help someone thinking about trying this. DO IT! I had a severe medical issue earlier this year and that combined with the medication I was put on caused about 1/2 of my hair to fall out, and what was left just kept breaking off. I have just finished my first bottle (120 pills) and my hair has not only grown back but is thicker (I had thin hair to begin with) than it was before the hair loss. I did also get Cerafill Retaliate shampoo and conditioner from my hairdresser, but while it might have helped I think the Biotin was the main contributor since I only used the hair products about every third day for about a month (I tried to put off washing my hair as long as i could since I would get a handful of hair when ever I did). I went back to my usual Nioxin shampoo (for thinning hair), which is great for getting volume if you have thin hair, and the regrowth continued. I have to admit I was very skeptical that the Biotin would do anything, but thought I might as well give it a shot and have been thrilled by that decision. I don't think I have ever had so many people comment on my hair before. I'm going to continue using it and highly recommend it.
