So for almost two years I’ve had numbness and tingling in my right hand that would only happen while I was sleeping. It got so bad that it started waking me up at night. I had purchased a wrist brace for wearing while I slept, and it helped a little bit, but it wasn’t correcting my problem. If I forgot to put my brace on, I’d wake up in the middle of the night from the pain. I ordered this neck traction cause it said it was adjustable and I’m so glad I did. I started using it the day I received it, and inflated it with gentle traction. After about 3 days of doing tbis (I do it right before bed, sitting up) my numbness improved by a lot. It’s been maybe two weeks of having this thing and my arm pain is all gone! If you have any sort of neck impingement then I DEFINITELY recommend this product!

A pretty good device. Helped relieve my shoulder and arm pain due a pinched neck nerve. Not uncomfortable and competitively priced in relation to similar products. The collar is well made and is as described. It seems to provide the angle needed for relief of the pain from the pinched nerve in my neck. Had only a short while so use is limited but I expect that I will see improvement in time. The Followup by the vendor is appreciated. I recommend this collar and this vendor.

This product was easy to use and I love how it left the device inflated. It did help me with my radiculopathy pain in my arm which stemmed from damaged cervical discs. Though I had a bit of a problem with the pump coming off the metal end of the tube, the owner reached out to me and and asked if I could send a picture. I've been unable to do that since I was just diagnosed with another neurological condition. I later got another e-mail for compensation. I never thought a company would actually do this. My son really liked this he was very happy I purchased it as gage does a lot of work in front of his computer and his neck get strained. I a small person so it was a bit large for me, but I did feel some relief.
I bought this Neck Brace few months back. Didn't gave my review yet just because I wanted to check it's functionality and durability. Because of my job I am in front of computer almost 8 hours a day and this gave me severe neck pain. Had used few neck braces previously aswell but none of them was durable. Easy to use high quality product. You can fill air to adjust to your neck length and comfort level. I uses it while watching TV. My TV is mounted high so if i am watching TV for longer time my neck starts getting uneasy but this traction device provides enough support. its is so comfortable that I started using it while sleeping.
I recommend filling low air if you are considering to use while sleeping.
