As a previous reviewer has already noted, Poise changed the design of this item which I had been ordering bimonthly via my Subscribe and Save account. The new design may be long, but in NO WAY do these deserve an Ultimate rating! They are more narrow than the previous ultimate pads I received and do not hold nearly as much "fluid". I care for my disabled mother and these pads constantly overflow and this "new" design has caused numerous clothing changes. Very disappointed to say the least!

I have used the Poise Incontinence Overnight Pads, Ultimate for years. I have tried other brands without success.
I have dropped my rating from a 5 to a 4 due to the fact instead of raising their price as production cost went up, They have reduced the dimensions of the pads - length & width!. I know this because I found some older pads in back of closet & I compared them.
I thought my bladder leakage had gotten worse, but I used the older ones & only used 1-2 a day . The newer ones I am using 3-4 a day!
If you are looking for the correct overnight pads, order Poise Overnight Pads Extra Coverage. After speaking with a representative from Kimberly-Clarke, I was informed that there were changes. The packaging is a dark purple. It is important to include "extra coverage". Before ordering, you may want to buy a smaller size pack from your local store to make sure it is right for you. That is what I did to make sure it was what was wanted. It was. I hope this information helps.
They do their job. Very few leaks provided you change pads when they are wet. I have arthritis and find it difficult to open th pads so she puts each pad in a quart plastic bag leaving it open so I can get into it. I put the used pad in the plastic bag and there is no odor from the urine in the bathroom.
These pads are the best I’ve found so far for maximum protection. After a spinal cord injury requires me to use a walker, I am very slow moving so these save me often. They are not foolproof and do sometimes leak at the sides from the strange shaping.
However I am unhappy with Amazon as the buying options showed I was buying 4 packages for the price rather than 2. I see that they have now corrected that, but as a loyal Amazon customer I feel quite cheated this time around.

a little bulky- but very absorbent! WE use for my mom with her daytime diaper in bed- saves on diaper use as only need to change the insert most of the time it holds so much for a female! Recommend! Mom doesn't complain about being uncomfortable underneath her ATN Tranquility diapers.
These are the very best pads I have found. I use them as diaper inserts for over night, and they absorb enough so that everything stays in the diaper.
I also use these pads in my underpants if I am going to be away from my bathroom for an unusually long time. During the day in my apartment, I.use Poise Moderate Absorbancy pads, and they are perfect. for that. Thanks for a great product!
They leave the package BLOCKING the wheelchair ramp which has signs telling them NOT to block the ramp and a location to place items. They they have the never to say handed to resident.....grrrrrrrrrrrr
Excellent product. Works well without being bulky. Stays in place. Comfortable and one can feel confident. Good price as well.
I am very satisfied with the Poise pads overall they work very well & stop leaks fast. The Always brand of incontinence pads do not work nearly as well & leak so easily. The shipment arrived quickly & was easy to open. The night time pads give me way better protection & leakage doesn't happen often!
