I had be seeing doctors of every specialty for close to a year for shoulder pain. All tests (MRIs, etc.) came back inconclusive and they would put me on very expensive medications, which none of them worked for me. I was beside myself with pain and no hope for ever feeling "normal" again. Did a little research and ordered the "Turmeric Curcumin with Ginger & Bioperine" It took about 6 weeks to feel the difference, but I have been pain free now for over a year. I take two a day.
I am so thankful to have found this supplement. My symptoms may be different from yours and I do not give medical advice, but if you too are feeling at the end of your rope, at least give it a try. The Fibromyalgia that affected the muscle around my knees, the pain was every day for more than 8 years especially during the night. The first day I forgot that I have knees, that means I did not wake up several times with pain, but I noticed that I need to take every day(one day I forgot and I have pain again). it is not a cure. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and my body usually is dry: mouth, eye, etc. I realized that I do not use drops as I use to. I do not know if the resulted stop at some point, but so far I am happy to enjoy to sleep without pain and my eye are moisturized. I also have less stiffness. I have taken Turmeric for years because I have chronic inflammation in my right knee, which causes a great deal of pain. It never seemed to help much until I tried this product. I’m 41. All my life I have had inner ear problems. Ménière’s disease, hearing loss, and migraine induced vertigo. Tinnitus has always been an issue. I started taking this 2-3 weeks ago. After only 1-2 days, my tinnitus is completely gone. Some days it will try to sneak back in, but on my worst day, I’d rate it a 2 out of 10 on severity.
For the first time in years, my ears are quiet. No buzzing, ringing, or static. I’m no doctor, but I think this can be attributed to the increased blood flow within the ears, or reducing inflammation in the ears.
As for the dizziness, I can’t say for sure just yet if it helps. Although when I go back to the ear specialist, I plan on giving him this info and see if he’ll do some studies on it as a tinnitus cure.
I have had an ongoing issue with joint pain and muscle pain and inflammation due to chronic Lyme disease. Came across this product recently and figured I would give it a try instead of taking my normal prescription meds after reading through the reviews.
I was skeptical at first as to its effectiveness, as I did not notice any difference in pain level after a week initially. After 2-1/2 weeks though, I did start to notice a lessening of the pain, and by 3 weeks the pain had been reduced about 65-70% approximately from what it had been. This has brought my pain overall down to a manageable level, and I have been able to return to work and to work around the house and be mobile again.
Couple of items to note though that I found out while taking this supplement:
• I cannot take 2 tablets at once with a glass of water like the instructions say to do. The heartburn and stomach upset were substantial. What I ended up doing is to take 1 capsule after breakfast with water, and another capsule after lunch with water. This resolved the heartburn and stomach upset problem for me.
• It takes some time to feel the effect of the supplement. For me it took 3 weeks for the effects to be noticeable enough to make a difference. Your results may vary.
I would highly recommend this supplement to anyone experiencing joint pain and/or muscle inflammation! I was very glad to be able to get off prescription meds due to this product's effectiveness.
