It is a great product. I had tried as soon as the received it. It is much easier to do the job than my old iron. I will keep the status updated after I use it more.
Update: I love it even more after I have used it for more than a week. It saved me a lot of time.
Love this 2 in 1 iron!! It's really light weight but heavy enough to iron the wrinkle out of garments. One thing I love the most is that the water doesn't drip from the iron plate. Most steamer do and I hated it. Overall, a very good buy for the price. Highly recommend!

I am delighted with the ease needed to steam my clothing like a pro, and it keeps dry so I can wear it right away! I use distilled water! Just received it opened the box added water didn't work. Every once in a while you come across a company that is willing to go the extra mile, this is such a company. At first, my unit didn't work because in Thailand the electrical current is 220v in the U.S. it is 110v. My unit came from the U.S. so when I plugged it in it shorted out the whole unit. The company realized this (not me) and offered to replace it for free. This is a stand-up company. I am looking forward to do business with them again. GOOD JOB. The perfect home steamer. I used this steamer to steam a new trench coat that I had ordered, which was really, really wrinkled when I received it. It was easy to operate, heated very quickly and did a fantastic job! I like the idea of two steam settings, and the easy to fill removable water reservoir. The only thing that I don't like is the little rubber plug in the water reservoir. It seems "flimsy" and I think it may leak at some point. In any case, I am very delighted with the steamer and I'm glad I chose this model.

Anyone else had this problem? The water supply tank keeps slipping slowly off the handle and therefore causing the steamer to stop heating up/steaming properly. Can't even steam or get anything straight or sustain the heat without pushing my hardest against the water tank so it wouldn't fall off.
I use mine mostly for hanger steaming which is within product description. It doesn't seem that the water tank wasn't designed to lock into place upon assembling. Huge product flaw if otherwise.
Amazon is sending a replacement so will adjust rating if work properly, otherwise it'll go back in the box.
Update: the new one's water tank stayed on and it seems to be working as advertised. Just like some other reviews may have stated - it does both vertical & horizontal ironing/steaming but just OK - not great. I bought this in hopes of using it mostly for vertical steaming but it looks like it would work only on the thinnest of fabrics. Thicker shirts like oxford shirts doesn't get steamed out as good as horizontal ironing. In overall, OK product.
Put the iron to use right after Sunday laundry day. Good design for all its intended purposes. Good balance and quality feel in the hand. Ready to bring this little guy on our next trip.
