My wife and I ordered a new memory foam mattress. We ordered these sheets because a friend of ours told us that they had ordered bamboo sheets and they loved them. The set they ordered cost over $200. We ordered the sheets from Hotel Sheets Direct because the product got a good review and the price of approximately $40 sounded better than sheets that cost between $100 to $200.
So let me tell you about my experience:
1) they were the most comfortable sheets we have ever slept on. They were soft and kept us cool. Truly loved them.
2) For some reason, a rip developed on the fitted sheet. I figured that I bought cheaper sheets and I got what I deserved. I was bummed because I really loved the sheets.
3) I contacted the company to voice my concern and see just how good that warranty was. I emailed Hotel Direct on a Saturday at 8:00 AM and received a response by 8:15 AM. Hotel Direct apologized and had shipped a new fitted sheet to be by 11:00 AM that morning.
This was the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAD EVER EXPERIENCES FROM ANY COMPANY PERIOD! Hotel Sheets Direct is a responsible company selling a great product and they stand by their warranty. My wife and I are so pleased that we are buying a second set of sheets. Don't spend any more than you have to. Order from Hotel Sheets Direct.
I sleep really warm. I literally have three fans pointed at me every night. Despite the hurricane force winds hitting me, I often wake up sweaty and gross in the middle of the night. I'd done some reading that indicated that bamboo sheets breathe better than cotton and other blends as well as having moisture wicking properties, so I figured I'd try some. The price point on these was right, and the reviews are good. I bought two sets in dark grey.
Let me tell y'all something. These sheets are BOMB. I have never slept so comfortably. You need these. Buy them. Now. You're welcome.
Shhhhhh. These sheets are worth way more than they are asking for them. Comparable to $500 1,200 thread count Louis vouiton sheets. I'm not kidding these are the silkiest, smoothest, sexiest, flowing like water sheets I have ever had. They keep you cool in the summer (memory foam mattress owner's delight) and they keep you warm in the winter. And if you want to impress that special someone to a taste of luxury, you found it. The first night you slip into these luxurious sheets you'll think you spent a couple month's salary on them. They are that good. Who thought a set of bamboo sheets would make you feel like a billionaire? 5 Stars for these.
I first bought these sheets in September 2017 and then again December 2017. I was so pleased when I finally found such soft, silky sheets that didn’t get rough or pilled after washing! The fact that they are cool is a bonus because I like to sleep cool, especially in these humid Wisconsin summers.
But then I purchased a third set July 2018 and immediately noticed they were thinner and not quite as soft out of the packaging. Apparently they are 100% Bamboo Viscose instead of the original Bamboo Rayon. After the first wash they actually came out softer and shinier than the 100% rayon sheets, but had so many loose threads and a tear along the seam of the fitted sheet. After the second wash they had 2 more tears along the seam and even more loose threads. The previous 2 pair had some loose threads, but only after months of use and with no holes or tears. I was disappointed because the first two pair were such a good deal, especially for $35, and have held up nicely. It is clear the new pair will not last long. I don’t know if it is because they are thinner or because of the new material, but there is definitely a reduction in quality. Unless that changes I will have to go to a different seller for rayon or viscose (derived from) bamboo sheets.
Update: The seller contacted me and clarified that the sheets are the same material as always. They mistakenly labeled the sheets 100% rayon when they thought rayon and viscose were the same. They were always viscose and the seller changed the labels accordingly when they found out otherwise. They also said certain sets feel thinner and rougher than the rest, but it is a very rare issue and they are trying to determine the cause. Since the sheets have a 90 day warranty the seller sent me a replacement set. They "feel fine" and have not ripped after the first wash this time - just as great as the others. Remember the warranty if something like this happens. Overall, good sheets, especially for the price, with excellent customer service. Highly recommend.
These sheets are hands down the most comfortable I've ever had. They are very soft and silky to the touch. Their thermoregulating properties are wonderful. In the three weeks I've owned them I've been able to experience really cold nights and nights warm enough to sleep with the windows open (thanks Midwest) and I can say that they adapt well to all climates. They kept me warm when it was freezing out and kept me cool during the warmer nights. They will wrinkle easily but that is just the nature of a bamboo sheet and in my opinion well worth it as most will keep a duvet over the bed and hide any wrinkled sheets anyway. I really hope Hotel Sheets Direct will begin adding more colors because I would gladly buy another set as soon as they did! The only con I've found so far is that with my 10" mattress, one side of the fitted sheet constantly rides up and I have to tuck it back down in the morning. Small complaint but annoying for me as I don't care for sheets that move underneath you. Also, my set came with a small iron mark from the factory so I contacted the seller with photos and they responded very quickly (within hours) and helped rectify the situation. Very pleased with my purchase and would gladly do business again if more colors become available!

I love a good set of sheets, and these are really wonderful. I always use 100% cotton or linen and I was a bit concerned that these sheets might not "breathe" well enough for me. I am a genuinely delicate blossom / princess and the pea type; I need a sheet that supports human life. This is it Plus, they're really beautiful and lustrous looking. I got the white ones, and they look and feel and have the heft of silk sheets. Thanks for making such a great product!

Was looking at bamboo sheets for their hypoallergenic properties and found these at a great price! Most others on Amazon were twice the price! I found these sheets to be incredibly soft and comfortable.. even more so than the Egyptian cotton sheets they replaced. Another perk is the breathability and do feel the difference in coolness. I'd definitely recommend these for the price.
I got the grey because they didn't have a color I wanted in the full size sheets, so I was very pleased to find that instead of the dull color I expected they're a very attractive dove grey. More expensive bamboo sheets may be smoother or thicker or something, but I really like how soft and silky these sheets feel. I tend to get hot when sleeping, but these sheets breathe so well and wick moisture away quickly, which gives me enough time to remove a layer before I get uncomfortably warm.
I docked my rating by one star for two reasons:
1. The "standard" pillowcases are just 21" long, which leaves the ends of my 21" pillows exposed, so I'm using the pillowcases from my other bamboo sheet set until I can buy another set. I'm sure this set will make some thrift store shopper very happy, though!
2. The fitted sheet is just a few inches too long and wide for my full mattress, so I have to tuck the extra fabric under the mattress as firmly as I can. This works for a few days before I have to tuck it in again, so I'll probably get a set of sheet-keepers to hold them in place.
All in all, this set is a good value, so I recommend it, especially if your have a more normal sized mattress.
Why are you reading this right now? You’re like me, and you want to cut straight to the chase. Buy these sheets. Matter of fact, I’m going to wait a few months and I’m buying another set. Heck, I might buy them tonight because that’s how I feel thinking about laying on my other sheets.
Here’s the number one concern I had, are they 100% bamboo? YES. Says it right on the tag, but do you need the tag to prove that? No. Just holding these angelic sheets you can tell it’s the real deal. The golden spun angel hair fibers straight from God himself.
Let me explain something to you about bamboo fabric. My Wife is insane about bamboo, when we had our kids she got bamboo onesies and little blankies. As soon as I felt them I realized the hype.
Bamboo feels like butter dripping over a cherub’s buttocks. Bamboo feels like French fries taste out of the fryer. Bamboo feels like rayon, jersey, microfiber and silk had a child and it was perfect. Buy the sheets. Trust me.

My son has never, ever used a top sheet because he hates the way they feel. I’ve tried lots of different kinds of sheets over the years, and the top sheet always ends up on the floor. He just left for his sophomore year of college, and needed new sheets because he went from a full to a queen bed. I searched Amazon and decided to try these hotel sheets because they had great reviews - mostly about how soft they were, which seems to be the main issue. I bought a set, washed them (they washed/dried nicely and held their shape), and took him back to school and helped him make up his room and his bed (including top sheet). The next day he called to talk to me about something, and I asked how his new bed was... he said comfortable. Then I went for it... “how were the new sheets”? He said they were “really comfortable”. I asked about the top sheet... “it’s still on”, he said.
And THAT is the best review I could ever leave about how soft, silky, and comfortable these sheets are.
