These are the best B-12 vitamins I have ever tasted as well as the most potent. I am anemic and very deficient in B-12 and these gummies give me life! I take more than the recommended dosage and it gives me energy. I take three in the morning and three in the evening. I find that when I take three right before bed I wake up feeling a little bit more refreshed. I have tried many different B-12 vitamins and this one is by far the one I have had the best, most pleasant experience with!
I've tried multiple types of B12 supplements as it was recommended by my doctor, and everyone says the ones that dissolve under your tongue absorb the best, but I hate the taste and texture of that type. So, I decided to give the gummies a shot. I'm usually all about raw food, soy free, vegan supplements, but I found the raw food brand of B12 I bought didn't make much of a difference for me energy wise or in feeling more alert. I was okay with these gummies because at least they (claim to) have no high fructose corn syrup in them.
They do the job fine for the price, although I feel like I'm eating candy. My boyfriend and I have been using them daily and 2 a day has helped us perk up and feel less sluggish. However, I've been taking two in the morning and one in the afternoon as I normally take 5000 mcg and these are only 3000 mcg per dose.
Note that they (dangerously) taste and smell as good as gummie bear candies do, so keep them out of accidental reach of small hands or the possibility of mixing them up as actual candy.
I felt the difference the first day more energy with zero side effects I have severe anxiety and panic attacks so I feel every little weird thing that happens with anything I take I take these with my omegas and vitamin D3 and I am good to go will purchase again
I struggle with chronic fatigue, and I take this supplement each morning boost my energy levels before I walk out the door. After taking this supplement consistently, I feel so much more energized in the morning. It’s great! They taste really good. I don’t taste any artificial-tasting flavors or sweeteners. I’ve reordered this product more times than I can count, and I know that it will be part of my vitamin regimen for a long time!
My doctor recommended that I take a B12 supplement so I chose these. They taste like cherry gummy candies so they're very pleasant. They work very well. At my most recent health checkup, my blood work no longer showed a B12 deficiency, so these gummies have done their job. They are easy to store and even in the heat (I live in hot, humid, Texas) they don't melt or stick together in the package.

Prior to the production of gummy vitamins for adults I was the worst vitamin scheduler. Now, every morning these are part of my routine. 1st they taste good. 2nd, they are not sticky to your teeth as some gummies are. As I age I realize I need vitamins. I know I don't eat correctly, and I get comfort from the ingredients that lead to a perfect vitamin. When I was younger my elders would go to the doctors for a B-12 shot. I often thought there has to be a better way. This is it. I am on my 3rd bottle and perhaps my imagination, but I do believe my memory appears to be more acute. Between these, the daily gummy Vitafusion produces I also add the Vitamin C gummy. I have tried many vitamins over the years, these are the 1st manufacturer I have returned and continued purchasing. I bought a B12 supplement due to my vegetarian diet. I’ve taken them for a week and have felt no difference in my energy level and then I learned this is made with the cyanocobalamin version of B12 ( it offers the most stable form of B-12, although it does so through the presence of a cyanide molecule) instead of the methylcobalamin which is the most active form in the human body. So I’ll be searching for a different brand.
I have a severe B12 deficiency and anemia, and these have helped so much. They taste great, are easy to take, and give me so much energy! Was a little concerned when they arrived in a refrigerated box that had completely melted in the FL sun, so I keep them in the fridge though it doesn’t say it’s necessary. Either way, it’s great!
It's very mellow, but I can feel a slight background buzz when these kick in. I take one with each meal and have noticed a small improvement in my energy levels, which has led me to buy 3 bottles so far. These also have a really delicious cherry flavor that resembles Luden's cough drops.
