I received the watermelon slicer on yesterday and immediately put it to use. I am happy to report it works as advertised. It is a great accessory!! Keep in mind it works best when the meat of the watermelon is firm. I was also pleasantly surprised to receive a melon ball scoop!!
Works great! So much fun, and simple to use! Make sure to cut the ends off enough though, that makes all the difference.

I randomly stumbled across this product idea while cruising YouTube and decided to give it a try. Suffice to say I am impressed. It's doesn't really "cube" anything, but makes vaguely semicircular blocks of watermelon - nicely bite-sized and presentable. It's not something I'd expect a pro chef to use, but if you wanna cut up a melon *real fast* for the family, this is the thing. It turns a tedious job into very fast process. Best of all, it has no truly sharp edges (plastic + sheet metal) so it'd be reasonably safe for kids to use. I'm very happy with this purchase - it's a bit goofy, but it does a fun job of solving a problem.
This tool is so handy!! I hate cutting watermelon and this is so fast and easy to use and easy to wash. I cut a watermelon in less than 5 minutes. It cuts yellow watermelon too!!! The included baller is great for the small left over, hard to reach places.

I was skeptical of this product doing what it is advertised to do. Imagine my surprise when it actually worked better than stated. I love this thing. Hope it doesn't wear out over the summer cutting melons. One small tip. Cut watermelon in half. Then cut off each end so you can run the cutter straight through with out hitting the rind.
Awesome product with good quality. It may help to cut the melon fruits easily, equally size and convenient.
I must say that I am surprised that it worked well! I just used it. Unexpectedly easy to use and cut the watermelon in right-sized chunks!
I was very excited to get this watermelon cuber and even more excited that it worked! It also came with a free melon baller. Very easy to use. Wash watermelon, slice it in half, slice a small piece off end and then put the slicer up to watermelon and push towards back. It is very easy to push and the cubes stay in the tray and then dump in bowl.
