Here is EXACTLY what I did.. I took this product in combination with this appetite suppressant and was a bit more conscience of what I eat.. I feel like the combination of the two supplements is what causes me to not eat nearly as much as before. I used to always eat double portions of my meals and that is what made me gain so much weight. I am only down about 50 but I feel much different from when I start. I am from Mexico so if my Inglish is not that good I am sorry also. I added pictures of how I look when I started and also pictures of my scale weights as I continued my diet.

I've only been taking this for three days but I wanted to share my experience as I keep taking it.
Here are the reasons I wanted to try this:
1. I have already seen the benefits of apple cider vinegar (ACV) and I have taken it in liquid form for years. But recently my schedule has gotten crazier and I'm out of the home more often. This has resulted in not getting my daily dose of ACV. I didn't even know they sold it in capsule form until a friend told me about it. I was thrilled. I can now continue having it in my life, even when I can't use the vinegar itself. I'm especially excited to be able to take it on trips when taking a liquid with you just isn't possible.
2. Because of my lapse in using it I have noticed the symptoms I used to experience have come back; acid reflux, achy joints, sluggishness in the morning, foggy brain, weight gain. So I was excited to try it and see if I could regain my health and get rid of the cause of these symptoms. I am not interested in taking something just for symptom relief. I want something that works to rid the cause. Those things sometimes take a while to see the benefits because they are healing and not covering.
3. I also was excited to see a combination of the ACV and cayenne. We use cayenne like crazy at our house. It works on and feeds the heart and promotes good circulation so it wakes you up in the morning instead of using a stimulant to force the body to waken. It also helps balance the circulation in the body which I need to help with tingling in arms and legs, especially at night.
So, what have I noticed in three days use? A miracle? No, but instead I have seen what I should be seeing; a gradual change each day toward my goal.
The first day, I didn't notice much. I still had acid coming up my throat. The second day I noticed a little more energy. I finally felt like going out and tackling a physical project which I had been putting off because I didn't feel that well. Day 3 is today and I am excited to report that I felt much less groggy this morning. I think that was because I slept better. I didn't notice myself getting up to turn over due to sore joints as much. I didn't have any tingling in my extremeties either; no 'sleeping' hands or toes.
I'm experimenting with what time of the day to take it or if I should take it more than once a day. I'll get back to you on that.
I'm hoping to have more good news to share in the next couple of weeks!

My son has had some planters warts on his feet and the doctors have frozen them, shaved them and prescribed pills that did nothing. I love this product!! The apple cider vinegar in a pill form is life changing. It has absolutely no taste or after taste (I don't burp it up like I have other pills). Originally bought this product for colon cleanse and a bit of weight loss - which it does neither very well. HOWEVER this product really is AMAZING! I had several doubts but read all the reviews, etc. This product gives you boosted energy, I am sleeping better, SIGNIFICANT visual reduction of stubborn belly fat, more energy through the day and truly controls appetite & snack cravings. The pills do smell a bit due to high level of vinegar, but nothing terrible. All organic - only 2 ingredients. Very excellent product, will keep in my daily regimen. Highly recommend!!!!
