I wrote a review of this product last year and indicated it was just “okay” because I had great difficulty applying and removing the straps. Since then two things happened: 1) the seller, on his own, contacted me and gave me a refund of half my cost and made it clear I should keep the product; 2) off-and-on I continued to use them but soaked the rubber tips in water before applying and removing the straps. I found they actually work very well. As I said in my earlier review, they are not cheap as some stated. They are attractive, strong and easily adjustable. If you are willing to soak them in water as I did you will like them.
The rubber ends really hold the earpieces of my glasses well. The cord is actually a bit difficult to remove because it has such a tight hold on the frames. My glasses have a bit of a thicker frame. thinner frames would not be an issue. The cords are well made and have held up well. I like the different colors. the cords are lightweight as well. they don't hang heavy on my neck and bother me like other eyeglass straps do. the cord are a good length as well.
I wear my reading glasses all day long since I can't see close up without them. I use these types of straps to dangle them around my neck since putting them over the top of my head was unsatisfactory. These are slightly bulkier than others that I have used. They fit my eyeglasses since they were small and slid into the rubber end piece. They are pretty good and I like to have a bunch since I have worn out at least a dozen of these over the years. It is always a debate whether the little rubber tips that slide over the end of your glasses are better than these which have a long tube that your glasses must slide into. I like the little round rubber tip but have broken more of that style than these. However your eyeglasses must have a narrow side piece ( called the eyeglass temple) to fit into these.
Was very pleased with this item - Six pieces which makes it nice when you have more than one pair of reading glasses and I was able to give a friend a couple and she also was very please with the strap. Don't understand why it says for men - I like them very much - just the right size.
We live on a lake and often send visitors out on our jet skis for some water fun. It used to be that I would strongly suggest that folks not take their glasses. Those that ignored my warning usually lost them in the lake. Now I just suggest they borrow a sunglasses holder strap and all tragedy is averted. These work great for us and I was happy to get six in one pack. Considering that mine usually walk home with my visitors, the price was great.

For my purposes, this product did not work very well. However, these sunglass chords are well made and would be suitable for many people in need of something that is good quality and durable. The product was as specified and came in a variety of colors as stated. They fit the tip of my sunglasses snugly...no chance of them slipping off. I believe this product would be best suited for someone is concerned about losing their sunglasses and less concerned with fashion. Overall, a very good product!
Was getting ready for a trip to a lake resort for my birthday and had rented a jet ski for some water fun. I wanted to ensure I did not loose my sunglasses while jet skiing. I did end up rolling the jet ski and the sunglasses stayed with me thanx to the strap. Good price for a nice product. these should fit most standard sized glasses arms. If you have a very wide arm on your glasses they are probably not going to fit on so be aware.
these certainly work. and the colors are nice. the only "downside" is that the rubberized tips are so very very strong (which is a good thing) that the wands of your glasses do not sink in much and consequently if you put your head against a pillow to read or something like that, the backs of your classes hit the pillow and knock your glasses somewhat down your nose. You can fiddle around and fix this, but it does happen. when your are walking around or your head's up, they are great! couldn't be better

I'm updating my review. I haven't lost a single pair of glasses since I bought these. The rubber ends really grab your eye glass frames. I even tried them on my sunglasses, which tend to larger ear pieces, and they stil worked.
All around solid purchase and you get mpre than one.
I really love these things. Never thought I’d like having my glasses hang around my neck but can’t stand to be without them. One thing, very difficult to get them on the glasses. They have to fit tight but hard to slide on. Reason I gave four stars instead of five. Also, would love to have gotten a six pack of just black. By the way, my second order of them.
