When I first receive this product I noticed that the valve was leaky and didn't completely seal. The Mattress deflated after 20 mins. I was very disappointed because I purchased this product for a vacation I was leaving for that same week. I contacted customer service and they quickly got back to me and offered to resolve the issue. They overnighted a new mattress to my vacation rental home in Cape Cod no questions asked. There aren't many companies out there today that would be willing to go the extra mile to make sure you were satisfied. I would order from this company again without hesitation. The product is wonderful! My daughter loves sleeping on her "vacation bed" and I hope to get many more years of use from this product.
I bought this for our child to take on vacation. The first night we needed it I discovered a hole in the mattress. It is completely useless and won’t hold air. Very disappointing. I emailed the company asking for a replacement and have not heard back.
Update: great customer service. The company responded and is sending me a replacement inflatable mattress. They assure me that this is a very infrequent problem and they stand by their product. Good company and a must have bed for any traveling family.
This is an awesome inflatable bed! Powerful inflation, less than one minute to assemble, sturdy, comfy, and big enough to last my four year old a few years! Deflated and folded up in just a few minutes...and actually has a bag big enough to fit it after it was folded less than perfectly :)
Fantastic travel bed!! We got this bed for a trip we were taking with my (just turned) 2-year-old. He's a big boy, and outgrew his pack n play a while ago. We blew it up and kept it out for a week or so before the trip to get him used to it. A stretchy crib mattress fits perfectly on the mattress insert part, but it looks and feels bigger than a crib when they are in it. I would definitely recommend this! We also have four dogs that have tried laying on it and my husband has gotten into it with my son many, many times to read books and it is still holding up great! It is very well-made and is very strong. We look forward to using this bed many times in the future for vacations and camping trips. This would work great for sleepovers too!
We took this to Disney with us. While there was another room with a bed in it my son could have used, he doesn't like to be away from us in an unfamiliar setting. He was so happy to have his own little bed. I did have to stop him from jumping on it because that's so tempting to a kid, but I don't trust that it won't pop. The sheets stayed on the bed, I believe, because this was designed so the mattress comes out as a separate piece from the rim. He would still roll out of the bed at 4 years old so I like that it has a rim around the edge to keep him in. The only con is that this bed smells of plastic. Luckily I noticed before the trip so we blew up the bed and let it air out for a week before we packed it back up for the trip. We keep this in the basement in case of a tornado alert at night so we can move him downstairs and let him keep sleeping without much disruption. Very nice to have!

The interior mattress and outside guardrail are two separate thick vinyl pieces. The inflated mattress is to be inserted into the inflated guardrail unit (the safety bumpers). We also bought a waterproof crib mattress cover and a crib sheet to cover the mattress, and the four pieces fit together easily and securely. Inflation with the included electric pump is quick, as is deflation by pulling out the large black plugs and then sitting on the two vinyl pieces.
The mattress and guardrail units are constructed well and our grandchildren will be comfortable, but the storage bag that comes in the package is flimsily made. After our first inflation and deflation of the two vinyl units, we put them in the storage bag, but without any forcing of the pieces into the bag, it tore apart at the drawstring at the top of the bag.
This is the best inflatable bed ever for children. I was going to get one from Walmart but lucky for me it was out of stock so had to look further and found this one. This bed is sturdy and I really like the high rails on the side. I have active grandchildren and this will work well for them. They loved sleeping in this bed. Easy to inflate & deflate and so glad that it came with a handy storage bag big enough to hold the bed when I fold it back up to put away. I can never fit things back into the original box the way they came no matter how I try so its nice to have the storage bag big enough to fit the deflated bed and not have to force it in back into a box. So glad I bought this!
Great purchase! Bought it for my 18 mo old grandson to sleep in for a couple of weeks while he stayed with us. Since he's a little young to transition into a big kid bed, I was concerned he may not sleep in it but he loves it! He lets the whole family know that it's his bed...goes right to bed at naptime and bedtime with no fuss. Super easy to inflate and stays inflated. Perfect size, worth the cost!
Just ordered this inflatable toddler bed, took all of maybe a minute from box to inflate and put crib sheet on. Very simple and easy to use pump. Has been inflated for and hour now and have not noticed any air leakage. Very minimal if any smell noted as noted in some reviews, but I expect with a brand new VINYL product to have some kind of smell to be noticed. As I mentioned I just received this product and have already given it 4 stars for its ease of use and even more so for the company itself. By that I mean I read many reviews and all the questions and answers listed and noted that the company is very interested in making sure its customers are happy and knowledgeable about their product. So many of the questions were repeated over and over by different consumers but the company representative answered each one as if it was asked for the first time, very politely, informatively, and respectful. So I went with this brand/product/company because of that. So many companies blow us consumers off once their product has been bought and make it almost impossible to get information when needed or a real person to communicate with. It came with very little paperwork but what it did come with was easy to follow, easily understood, and you feel like you the consumer are special to them in their wording. I went to register this on their website and it took maybe 5 minutes, it was very easy to do. Very impressed with the company so far. I have only written a review for 2 other Amazon products so far and they were only for products that deserved a good review, so I am writing this review to let other consumers know you should feel confident if you buy this that if something is wrong they will take care of it for you. So this is my way of sending good HICCAVIBES for this company. All that being said I might come back and update my review later to a 5, but didn't see how I could do that at this time since I haven't had my product long and have not actually myself had to contact them for anything yet. Hope this help anyone interested in reviews.
This was by far the best money spent on Amazon ever! This toddler bed is so nice and comfy. We are a military family and we have a 4 month waiting period before we can go to our next command. We are currently staying with family and hiccapop has Saved us!! She looves the bed and she was in a crib before our move. She is a very tall almost 2 1/2 yr old and she fits perfectly in this bed with room to go! It’s easy to inflate and the best part is that she gets excited to go to sleep in her “ big girl bed!” We have been sleeping on it now for a little over a month and it’s just perfect! I would recommend this bed to anyone and everyone!!
