I read many reviews on many different clothes steamers and was reluctant to purchase this steamer. But after having it for several months and having used it many times I without reservation would recommend it. I have had no problems using this steamer and have had excellent results. I bought the large version for home use and it is certainly to large to use while traveling.
We upgraded to this after 2 years using a "mini steamer." The mini steamer was much smaller, and the quality of it deteriorated quickly. It packed well for travel, but it took AGES to steam a single shirt. When we decided to upgrade, we knew we wanted something a little more reliable & that could do jobs at least a little bigger. This has turned out to be the most convenient steamer EVER! It's a great size, roughly comparable to a standard iron. It holds a good amount of water & puts out a good amount of steam, so we can actually do SEVERAL shirts in a row now! It rarely interrupts steaming to reset the temperature (our other one was doing this constantly) and I just check it after each shirt to see if it's close to needing a refill. I truly loathe ironing, and having access to a steamer like this has honestly made life SO much easier. I can steam a shirt, dress, pants, or you name it with this product just as well as I ever ironed anything, and I have a much quicker & easier time doing it!
So much easier than ironing and let’s just say that I DESPISE ironing. I despise ironing so much so, that I would use what little steam I could from the shower and go out with wrinkled clothing. Heats up quickly, which again allows me to decide at the last minute that my wrinkles are not going to cut it and need to be de-wrinkled. Unlike my last steamer I do not have to constantly push a button for the steam to come out and the water tank is larger. Have already purchased another for my sister. FYI - There is a smaller version I would recommend for traveling.
I already had one and my brother decided to get one. He totally loves it. He loves it so much that he bought two more and gave them as a gift to his two daughters. Be careful when steaming because steam is very hot!! If it ever starts failing just add some vinegar- 1/2 apple cider vinegar and 1/2 water and turn it on. You will turn it off before the water starts boiling. This process cleans the steamer from any residue. I did that on mine and now it works great!
This steamer works well. It was advertised as used, and the product was in good condition. It came in what appeared to be the original packaging, just opened. It had no instructions but was intuitive to figure out.
I intentionally didn't purchase a travel size as I wanted this for home. If you are looking for a travel size, I would suggest a smaller size. I've used on clothing only and so far, so good. Heats up reasonably fast.

This thing is awesome. I hate ironing and this does the trick. It’s small and compact but still gets my clothes unwrinkled in about 5-10 minutes
Very good product for the price. Works well for how compact it is. I use it all the time. Wish it had a longer electric cord. I also wish I could turn it sideways without water pouring out. Not a huge incinvenice, but would be nice.
Works very well and I like that it uses tap water and has a retractable cord. I bought the regular size, not the travel size.
I love how this heats up & is ready to go in less than a minute. It takes out wrinkles on every fabric & is lightweight. I don’t think I’ll ever use my iron again!
